We hear you on the chilly third floor and the late night noise. While some of that is out of our hands, it’s still frustrating to deal with, especially when you’re trying to get some sleep. We’re sorry to see the stay ended this way. We understand that comfort and safety matter, especially when traveling with family. That said, we do want to clarify that the home was professionally cleaned before arrival, and housekeeping confirmed they did not notice any strong odor before check-in. After you decided not to continue the stay, we also had housekeeping return to the home, and they reported no strong or unusual odor during their walkthrough. Regarding the neighborhood concern, we understand your perspective, but activity outside the home is not something we can fully control. We have not received similar feedback from previous guests, but we still took your concerns seriously and offered to send someone to check the home right away. We wish we had been given the chance to resolve the concern during the stay, but we appreciate the feedback and will continue doing our part to keep the home clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.

Hi Sandra, We are really sorry to hear your stay was not what you were hoping for. That is never the kind of experience we want for our guests, and we truly understand how frustrating it can be when things feel off during a trip. We do want to clear up a few things. As soon as you let us know about the ants and the AC, we acted fast. Pest control came out the same day, and the AC tech was there the very next morning. He did find that a part was needed to fully fix the issue, but unfortunately that could not be installed until after your checkout. We get that the heat made it uncomfortable and we appreciate you sticking through it. The neighborhood is older and definitely has some character, which might not be everyone’s style, but it is a residential area where we have hosted a lot of happy guests over the years. About the charge, we hear you. It was never about the small amount, and we totally get that it felt unnecessary. Our cleaning team just reports what they find after checkout, and we try to stay consistent. That said, we are taking your feedback to heart and looking at how we can do better moving forward. Thanks again for staying with us. We are always working to improve, and your feedback helps us do that.
