Pool is open! Welcome to your private escape in Fort Thomas, Kentucky—just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. This spacious five-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation for families, friends, or groups. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Outside, enjoy a private in-ground pool! Please note that we do not allow excessive parties. (pool closes October 1st). This home uses a Minut smart noise monitor. It does not record conversations or invade guest privacy. It simply alerts us to sustained excessive noise so we can help maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. We ask that you keep noise levels below 80dB.

The place was very clean and very spacious for our group that was there. It’s so convenient being so close to downtown Cincinnati as well!

Property was great for our family trip. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean and it was close to a lot of things to check out . Only bad thing I could say it the kitchen was not equipped with enough basics. Only had 1 frying pan 2 pots and another skillet and 1 sheet pan. For people who like to cook made it hard for me to put a good meal together . Other than that everything was great!

We could not have been happier! Had my mother and father with me who had had several strokes. Needed a place with easy access to floor level amenities and room for my boys. This was perfect! The host was ahead of the game and even messaged that the house was ready and we could check in an hour early!

Loved the location because of the pool. Fantastically deep, we could even dive. Very private so all ladies were comfortable in their swimsuits. Plenty of floats and water toys. Parking was interesting- one driveway spot and another area for cars to clearly park but they need to drive over grass. The hot tub is inflated and wasn’t fully available but Houston made sure to “make it right” with great customer service and all ladies left happy. House was clean upon arrival. Houston was decently responsive to messages within the app. Credit the pool and the host for our fantastic bachelorette night! All ladies said they want to return in August or September.

Communication was great, quiet neighborhood and peaceful stay. Clean and highly recommended. House has wonderful facilities and amenities are a nice get away. I would stay again.

Short stay

Communication with host was great, very responsive as VRBO never sent any check in or check out instructions. Quiet street, easy to get to, pool was very nice and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall a great stay. When I went to check in the door code had changed. The owner saw me struggling trying to get in and gave me the code over the ring camera. It was chilly and rainy one day of our stay and cold the next. The kids didn’t mind at all! They used the hot tub instead. The only downside was when we went o cook breakfast I noticed a lot of dirty dishes. I always clean dishes before using them when away from home to feel secure but it was absolute must here. It was like the last guest used the pan and put it back. I’d still book again though, I’d just bring my dawn powerwash spray! Lol

Everything was good and mostly as advertised. The 5th bedroom isn't a seperate room with a door, its a bed on a lower level. Bathroom on that floor didn't have a working light swith so it was difficult to use and we needed the 3rd bath. Kitchen was moderately stocked with cookware. We really weren't trying to cook but few cooking utensils, no bowls to serve from or mix in, one dish towel for 3 days seems light. Also would have like to have had hand towels in baths and body soap in showers. Pool was nice and well kept and great for kids to enjoy. Overall it worked out well.

The house was overall nice and clean, and the pool was definitely the highlight—especially with the heat index being so high during our stay. The kids loved having access to it, and it made a big difference in keeping everyone entertained and cool.However, the living room setup was a bit disappointing. For a house that accommodates 10 people, it only had seating for 3, which made it difficult for our group to spend time together comfortably. Also, one of the “bedrooms” didn’t actually have a door and was open to the main living space—fine for kids, but not ideal for a couple looking for privacy.We did request an early check-in, which the host allowed for a 50 fee. Which we negotiated down. They originally requested payment via Venmo instead of through the platform, which felt a little inappropriate. On top of that, we never received check-in instructions—even after texting the host upon arrival. Fortunately, the door was unlocked so we were able to get in on our own. I also let the host know that one of the bathroom sinks was broken, but never received a response.All in all, it’s a good spot for families with kids who plan to spend a lot of time in the pool, but there are definitely some communication and comfort issues that future guests should be aware of.

Things that need to be added,wine glasses,glass plates,glass drinking glasses,dish towels,dish cloths, chairs for living room.. there were 5 us and only a sofa for seating. A patio table and chairs by the pool would of been nice. More wash clothes... this was a beautiful place w a beautiful pool, but it did lack a few items.

The house was very clean! Only complaint would be there were no washcloths out with our towels. We did end up finding a new package of 6 we used, and you could definitely use a couple of extra blankets on hand. Other than that, zero problems. Close to downtown, close to riverbend concert area. We enjoyed the pool. It was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here Again.

The house was not exactly how the pictures showed us, the pool had algae I would say because it was green, there was no hand towels but we did eventually get some from the host after we brought some from store but other than that it was ok
