The cabin was clean and well stocked. The A/C was not working, but the nights were cool and fans were supplied. The lake access was full of algae and not really usable, possibly due to the time of year. Overall, a nice cabin.

We’re sorry to hear you feel that way. When we spoke after your stay, you indicated that you were happy with the cabin. The additional charge was for the late checkout and extra cleaning required after your departure, which were outside of the agreed-upon house rules. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable experience for every guest and apply our policies consistently.
