Considering we booked the house for our family consisting mostly of children, the state of the game room/games was a huge disappointment. Every game had an issue and the 'Guest Experience Team' (Laura) with Top Villas was useless considering we only asked them to fix the arcade game that wouldn't turn on. They never showed up to TRY to fix it. The game room was falling apart with hanging ceiling tiles, ripped wall paper, and damaged bar and lights. The air hockey table would not float the puck. The felt on the pool table was damaged. The Foosball table had missing score counter and scored balls dropped to the floor. The kitchen had lots of excessively used cookware and zero serving dishes. There was one bathroom that looked like it had a badly cleaned poop party. The rooms on the other hand were clean and nicely decorated but had broken drawers, stained dressors, and missing/broken decorations. The houses were so close together that the pool did not feel private and the neighbors were very loud. The resort amenities were very nice but you had to pay extra for the majority of the daily activities.
