My family and I enjoyed our stay, the host answer all my questions in a timely manner. The home was nice and clean when we arrived, we enjoyed all the amenities that came with the home. The host had plenty of pool toys and several toddler life vest and the cleaner came every morning to clean the pool. The resort clubhouse was amazing; we love the lazy river by the pool and the outdoor bar area, and my children love playing miniature golf.

This house was perfect for our group of 12, that was comprised of 3 families who had never traveled together. The house was well equipped and met the needs of older teens celebrating their senior trip. The management / owners were responsive to a couple of requests and minor issues we had. We would recommend.

My family and I stayed here for our summer family vacay and it did not disappoint! It was spacious and every room looked just like the pics. The WiFi was a bit choppy and the A/C wasn’t working as fast as we would like, but it was about 110 degrees some days with the heat index! 🥵 it would eventually cool down when we’re out of the house or not cooking. The outdoor pool was so fun and convenient for the kids! The hot tub’s jets worked perfectly! Also, when we got there- the cleaning crew were just leaving, so I’m sure they were rushing for the next family to come. However, we did find some things that weren’t clean - like the baby’s high chair and a whole set of towels that were still in the washer (we didn’t know until we went to wash towels ourself) but other than that - the house was clean! I have to mention that the customer service and communication is top tier! Anytime I had to add a name to the list or ask a question about the property- they responded promptly! Thank you so much for helping make our stay a great one

We just completed a wonderful stay at this beautiful large home! Host was responsive to any questions we had. This home was extremely well stocked. AC was awesome and the pool was warm. Kids loved the princess and batman rooms! Highly recommended!

This property was excellent! I’d recommend it to any family. The appliances in the kitchen really made our stay perfect as we like big family dinners and were surprised at all the things this house had to offer.

The host and home were welcoming. The home is beautiful and well maintained! Equipped with plenty toiletries, cookware, dinnerware and supplies. The home had everything we needed for entertaining. The grandkids enjoyed the game room and pool. My entire family enjoyed the theater room. We enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you!

It was a beautiful house. Plenty of room for everyone. We could’ve used some additional seating out by the pool. The listing shows 2 additional lounge chairs, which would’ve been nice. We looked forward to having some family gaming competitions on the Nintendo switches, but you had to have 4 different Nintendo accounts to use them all together. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve been ready for use. We appreciated that the house had 2 sets of washer/dryers for our party of 12. Overall, very nice property.

The property has lots of amenities and very family friendly. The house was not as clean as it should be. There was pill from previous guest found on the floor in a bedroom and the floors had been swept but most likely not mopped. There were a ton of beach towels for the pool but only one bath towel and washcloth per guest for a 5 night stay. There was also no dish soap and only2 trash bags and one of the requirements is that all trash is in a bag. A baby gate for the steps would have been an added bonus.

The home was everything we expected it to be based on the listing online. It actually exceeded our expectations. There was really no need to even leave the house except to get food. We were so sad to leave, but cannot wait to stay again! The host communication was excellent the house is beautiful

The house is great! We had 19 people aging from 11 to 75 and everyone had a great time. The pool was warm enough to swim in January. The layout is very convenient. The only thing that was a bit tricky was security. We did a lot of Uber and sometimes they would not let them take you thru the gate so you had to walk. And we had one vehicle towed once. The tow company is very sketchy and would only accept cash and all the facts on the tow slip were wrong.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the gracious hospitality of the hosts. I highly recommend the home and all amenities for a large family. We had one complaint and it's NOTHING against the owners, but rather property management. We drove an extended length 15 passenger van to accomodate our family. The property HOA has rules that the sidewalk cannot be blocked. This is JUST NOT POSSIBLE WITH A 15 PASSENGER VAN! On Tuesday evening after a long day at Epcot, our doorbell rang at 10PM. With 2 infants in the house sleeping, the HOA guy was at the door making us back up the van 3 inches to keep it as much off the sidewalk as possible. You know Because so many people are walking in pouring down rain, in the dark at 10P right? And if they were, a temporary move of going 1 foot off of the sidewalk obviously would have stressed them out according to this guy. I was not happy and it was inappropriate. It could have waited until morning. Not to mention it's just unavoidable with transportation that size no matter wjay time of day he would complain. Please note that others in the neighborhood also had same problems with parking. For us, parking across the road on the road (because you couldn't park on our side at all) wasn't an option because others were parked there. I recommend the home, and found the amenities and environment excellent as well as communication with the owners and kindness of them. But their HOA practice and enforcement has another thing coming.

Spring break

Property/House was beautiful and had pretty much everything in one location,we especially loved the home theater,the host was prompt to respond and did what I asked of them,the thing we didn't like about this property is the check-in at the gate was horrible...very unorganized and traffic was backed up on both sides they definitely need a better system and security inside was horrible and kinda harassed my house and didn't let a guest come in to pick me up saying I had too many cars at the property when I only had 3 cars...other than that our stay was great and the water park was cool.

The home was extremely large and roomy. The temperate was comfortable without restrictions however we were responsible. The appliances are relatively new and the property is gated and secure. We have visited Disney for 20 plus years and we will look for this location in the future.

The house was amazing and had enough space and bathrooms for everyone. The heated pool and hot tub were a definite hit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The resort waterpark had a great pool and a ton of chairs for sunbathing. The houses are very close together and you can hear the neighbors partying from the upstairs back bedrooms. The house hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. There was urine and hair around toilets. The railing to the upstairs was sticky and visibly dirty. The princess beds would break when you sat on them. We reached out to the host and they were very responsive. Unfortunately we weren’t able to coordinate a time for the cleaning crew to come back and remedy the cleanliness, instead we received a 130 credit. The house includes a few starter items, including salt and pepper and a couple dishwashing tabs, two laundry tabs, two garbage bags, and three rolls of tp per bathroom. We had to purchase dish soap and sponges for washing dishes. The pictures for the listing are fairly accurate, except there were no chaise lounge chairs by the pool. There was only one popcorn flavor in the theatre room, the machine was dirty and didn’t actually include oil to make popcorn. The welcome basket was a thoughtful idea, but ours was six cans of soda, which looked like leftovers from someone else’s stay since they had Santa on the cans and we came in May and they were going to expire in a week.The negatives are very small in comparison to the great time we had.
