This property is personally managed by us, the owners. We have multiple vacation properties and 7 years of experience with over 1000 stellar reviews on all of our homes. Guests will receive courteous and timely responses to any questions or issues by us personally throughout their stay.
This beautiful condo is situated around the back end of the iconic Sands and Shadows development so it's nice and quiet, away from the street and just steps from the pool. This unit has the largest and most private patio in the complex and has an eastern exposure that floods the condo with absolutely beautiful, natural and cheery sunlight in the morning but also stays cool in the afternoon. The decor and airy feel elevates your mood the minute you arrive and is guaranteed to chase away winter blahs. Less than a mile away from the amazing shops and dining of famous El Paseo!
Completely remodeled this year, the decor and design reflects the fabulous mid century style that Palm Desert is famous for. This home features angled tongue and groove white ceilings and expansive floor to ceiling windows that also mark this era.
The light and bright, brand new kitchen is well stocked with new pots and pans, espresso machine, new stainless appliances, and quartz counter tops. Beautifully remodeled en suite bath with quartz vanity, and spacious walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a Queen platform bed with upholstered headboard and ample closet for additional storage or clothing. Newly remodeled guest bath has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and is directly across from the guest bedroom. Dine Al Fresco on your private patio right off the living room. Enjoy amazing views of the mountains around a table large enough to seat four comfortably. The Community Pool is heated year round and is just a few steps away from the back patio along with laundry facilities which are included with your stay.
Sands and Shadows is extremely easy to get to! The community is located at the base of the Palms to Pines highway (74), just a couple of blocks before El Paseo. We are just 20 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport and less than an hour from beautiful Idyllwild for hiking and a cooler climate, where we also have cabins available for shorter stays if you'd like a change of scenery during your visit. We are1.5 hours from Ontario International Airport, 2.5 hours from San Diego and less than a ten minute stroll to dinner on El Paseo.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
Guests must be 30 or over to rent. This is a strictly no parties and non smoking property. Cancellation Policies are listed in our Rental Agreement. All overnight guests must be disclosed and no more than 4 guests are permitted to stay on property overnight. Per the county, ID will be required for all guests and their overnight visitors. Primary guests, please park only in assigned parking space. Guests must park in visitor parking. Sorry, but we are not suitable for children or pets of any kind.
