South Palm Desert is the most desirable location in our city. This is where the city started back in 1920's and expanded from this point. You will love being able to walk to El Paseo where fun events happen all year around. You will be able to walk to several hiking trails like The Cross, Bump & Grind, Art Smith Trail, etc.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This property is not a condo, it is a private residential estate with 2 homes on one lot. Our guests have their own private driveway with electric gate, entrance and parking. Our guests will be the only ones using Pool and Spa and backyard during their stay. So this is a very private accommodation if you are looking for privacy.
