Rare Beachfront Cottage for Sun + Ski Lovers

Hi, my name is Monica. I am in my 40's and love to travel and be outdoors. I'm a Mom of two great kids, have a great family and circle of friends. My purpose in life it to live with love and be a creator of experiences.

We are looking for family and friends that want to make special memories and treat this as their own cottage. We put in a lot of work into buying things that would give us and our guests pleasure. This is not a party place. It’s a place to unwind, have fun, explore and make lifetime memories with the ones you care about the most.

Access to the beach front and a series of linked beaches. Private driveway that can fit 3 vehicles. You can go for some lovely walks. But may want to consider. Active type - explore the area where you will find 3 ski resorts, hiking trials, fabulous road biking. Quiet time - stroll small quant towns, visit flea markets and or go to the local zoo or bakery.

One of the major highlights, we have thousands of square miles of open freshwater right at your footsteps. No need to haul anything to the beach! Water visibility is stunning, making swimming and snorkelling excellent. Shallow enough to make it safe for the younger ones and going further out - fun enough for the older kids and adults.

Other notes: Even though it's a public beach you can't park on the roadside and there is no parking, so you will only have locals that can walk to the beach as your visitors. BONUS: 5 minutes away from a convenience store, LCBO and ice cream shop. 7 minutes away you have Wasaga Beach Adventure Park that has paint balling, escape rooms and Axe throwing. 15 minutes away from Elmville and downtown Wasaga Beach. You'll find grocery stores, Walmart, cafes, bakeries (best croissants ever!), restaurants, and so much more. You'll also find nearby the Elmville zoo, go-cart tracks, mini-golf and other fun family activities. There is also a Marina close by where you can rent jet skis. 25 minutes away from Collingwood for an array of outstanding restaurants and bars. 30 minutes away you have access to Snowshoe and Horseshoe Valley. 45 minutes away from Blue Mountain Village for more family fun actives and restaurants. On the beach. It's wonderful for SUP or Wind Surfing. Mother Nature will dictate. For road bikers. You will love the windy roads and scenery. For skiers, Access to 3 resorts! We have a ski warmers and wracks to keep things organized and dry.

Under a two hour drive from most of the GTA and even Halton region. Location is really convenient.
