Fantastic property. Stayed here with 9 people total for a father-son NFL weekend. Tons of room for multiple people plus really large common areas on two floors and a really nice rooftop deck. Parking area was big and private. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in DC with a large group!

Nice stay

The rooftop deck is a highlight. Also appreciated the two parking spots and many small touches, like the first aid kit and coffee.

Location, Location. Location

Great place to stay with family or friends if you're doing a Commanders Game. Set in a very cool area of DC,, would be great home base for seeing the sights in town as well. Celebrated my Dad's 80th birthday, plenty of room for the 6 of us.. Would choose this place again for future visits.

Great vrbo with rooftop deck

This house was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of space for the family to gather in the dining room/kitchen area and we loved the rooftop deck!

Clean and roomy

This property was in excellent condition. A wonderful place to go “home” to every night after our day in DC. Public transportation is nearby so you can just park your vehicle and ride. One of the best places we have stayed.

Quick weekend family meeting place

Family from three states met up after a family wedding for some family time visiting the DC area. Perfect location for walking to eat, visit the Zoo and getting on bus metro and even metro stations.we never moved out cars once parking!

Family Reunion in DC

My family met in DC(coming from NY and Ohio) to attend a volleyball tournament and just get together. We had a wonderful stay at this property which was more than spacious and very clean. The owners were very responsive to questions and we truly had a wonderful time!

The falls

Place was very nice. Was a little warm inside the house and gnats were inside but the house was very accommodating for our large group. Would recommend.

Army/Navy 2024

Great stay, plenty of room, excellent location, easy walking distance to local stores and restaurants. Allowed us room for immediate family and fellow cadets to get together over the Army/Navy weekend at FedEx field.

Great location, a few concerns

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooftop was really nice in the evening. A deeper cleaning of the place would go a long way and it had a bad smell upon arrival. A lot of trash in the bins when we arrived. Good communication with the host.

Title: A Perfect Stay for Our Family!We recently stayed at this wonderful house and had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how super clean and welcoming the property was. It provided the perfect home base for our family while we cheered on our children at the Marine Corps Marathon. The owners were incredibly responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel valued and cared for, which enhanced our experience even more. The location couldn’t have been better — close to restaurants and conveniently near the metro, allowing us to explore the area with ease. We truly had a fantastic time and believe this house is a gem! We can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommend!

Home was nice and clean, plenty of room for everyone. It's a short .5 mile walk to the Metro. The home is not in a great area of town. During daylight hours we had no issues, but we came back after dark and we had people tell us we should not be in the neighborhood. The kids enjoyed watching the rats around the garbage cans. In a big city I'm sure that's a constant problem. Also, the garage door in the back did not work at all. I really wanted to keep my vehicle secured but was unable too.

For clarity, we do not advertise or offer a secure or private garage - only a parking pad for off-street parking, which is an invaluable amenity on its own for most of our guests and hard to come by in the city. To the best of our knowledge, this did not cause any issue with your ability to secure your vehicle or lead to any problems during your stay. We're saddened to hear your feedback on the neighborhood itself - we find Columbia Heights to be bright and vibrant with lots of diversity around. Urban environments can vary block by block, and like any city, you may encounter typical city elements (including rodents, unfortunately). We appreciate you staying with us and wish you well in your travels.

Lovely home, sketchy neighborhood

Lovely home. The host was very gracious answering any questions I had. The roof deck is fun. The neighborhood is a little sketchy.
