We had a great stay! Comfortable beds and pillows, well stocked kitchen and super clean. Starbucks within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great! Sushi Restaurant very close at the end of the block, it was the perfect solution for a day a walking. House was exactly as described and meet all our needs. Would definitely stay here again

Loving little house. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom off the living room. Beautiful section of Arlington. Walkable to lots of restaurants and metro station. Backyard was cute setup with outdoor fire pit and ambient outdoor lighting.

This was a perfect house for my mother in law's birthday. She enjoyed staying in the room on the first floor to not have to navigate the stairs. We were able to spread out and all have our own bathrooms. The only inconvenience was there was no access to the basement from inside the house, which is listed in the details of the property , so we were prepared. It was nice out, so it really didn't matter, but could be tough if snowy. It would have been nice to have a little mini fridge in the basement, due to its lack of connection to the house, but that's just splitting hairs. It was also nice that there was a second hang out space upstairs as well as the basement ,and the washer and dryer was a nice touch.We liked how close restaurants and shops were. We really enjoyed the Irish pub! We utilized the Court house metro station to get into the city, it was easy to navigate. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Would stay at this property again!

Great place for a large group wanting to see DC. We loved the area and Metro was a short walk. The area felt safe and it was close to some good restaurants. Also close to Arlington National Cemetery. On site parking was convenient too. The basement has its own separate entrance. This was a surprise to us (maybe in the original property description but I missed that one?). It worked out okay because our children are older but a heads up if traveling with younger children. No complaints over all. We would stay there again.

Property was great except the 3rd bdrm did not have a bed in it big enough for an adult - it was a couch. Wonderful location and nice that it was a single family home! Thank you!

Superb location near Rosslyn metro station and a lot of restaurants and shopping. Very safe neighborhood. House was clean and worked very well for our group. Listing accurately described and showed the house. It was well cleaned and stocked.

Clean space. Close to Courthouse Metro station. Comfortable beds. Wifi worked well. Nice to have dedicated parking space for our vehicle. Restaurants nearby were great. Kelly was very attentive...even left a few flashlights for us because there might have been a power outage with some storms.

This place was awesome. Only a short walk up the hill to the metro. Super convenient and close. House was stacked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Lots of space for my family. Would highly recommend if touring around DC.

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly’s VRBO! She was incredibly responsive when we encountered an issue with the Wi-Fi, promptly addressing and fixing it. The house itself was perfect for our family, comfortably accommodating six kids and six adults. Its proximity to all the attractions we wanted to see in DC was a huge plus, and we loved the quiet, charming neighborhood. Having a grocery store within walking distance was convenient, and the short stroll to the metro was a wonderful bonus. We would absolutely be happy to stay here again! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our needs. Great location. We could walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and even had a pack and play and toys for our grandson.

Excellent property. House was clean and had all necessary amenities. Location was perfect, close enough to DC and in a clean and safe neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby. If I ever visit the area again in the future, I would look into this property for another stay!!

Great home with awesome location

Such a cute home in a great neighborhood that is super convenient to all Washington DC locations! Loved the convenience of the proximity to the Metro, just a short walk up the hill. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good fit for our mixed age family, well stocked kitchen, and parking spaces right in the front of the home made for a nice week.

In town for an Arlington Memorial ceremony

Proximity to The national cemetery & airport could not be better. There were great amenities within walking distance as well. The house was clean & had everything we needed. There was great space for us all toall of us to spread out as well.

Comfortable and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in the Washington DC area. The location of the rental is perfect with just a five minute walk to the Metro and a short drive into DC. The home was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Kelly was attentive and checked in with us throughout the visit to ensure everything was going well I’d stay here again jn the future.
