This open concept home invites you and up to eleven of your friends and family to relax and reconnect. The bonus bunk room is the perfect space for the kids while the other rooms offering two comfortable king and one queen bed that will leave you feeling refreshed. End the day by cooling off in the private backyard pool Complete with WiFi, laundry, and a stocked kitchen, this will feel like your home away from home.

All guests should be capable of swimming, and assume all risk.
No jumping or diving into the pool. Pool is only 5ft deep in middle and 3.5 feet on each end.

Girls weekend

Check in went really smooth. House is great locations. Perfect. The yard is a mess. The pool bottom had algae on it and then the pool guy was out of town for the weekend so girlfriends got in the pool and scrub the bottom and the sides to make it clean. The grill is old and burnt up and if you did light it, you could probably catch the house on fire. Icemaker doesn’t work in the fridge unless you let it make this horrible noise and it only made a few cubes during the whole day so we finally turned it off Talk to the host the host said that the pool guy would be there on Monday and with the grill and fix the pool and the pool guy shows up and he’s more worried about the stains on the bottom from like berries or something have been in there didn’t even address the algae problem And no grill had

Best 4th of July EVER

The property is in a PERFECT location, just one mile from the grocery story and less than a mile from the lake! the pool is perfect, the home has everything you need to spend a few days together with multiple families! the house layout is the most amazing use of the square footage and we loved having two living areas. the master closet has a vent that makes it the perfect place for toddler and baby naps!!! i could go on forever about this house and the hosts, but it was just the best!

Family get-away....

The house is big....plenty of room. But.....would not rent it again. So many things are just not as they should have been. No salt! Pool pump made buzzing sounds off and on 24 hours a day---next to my window! Hard to sleep with that noise. Wasps in Backyard.....3 cans of wasp killer foam. There were few pans, no cookie sheets....just bare minimum. Did have plenty of dishes. Lawn man mowed but did not clean up grass around pool---- grass clippings all in pool! Took forever to clean up that mess. I could go on and on.......... as a Superior host.....Austin Hatfield has a lot to learn. Also.....I did communicate all of this with him......but no answer! Not up to level I expect from VRBO!!!

New Years family trip

We absolutely loved this property! It fit all of our needs and was beautifully furnished. All of the bedrooms were so comfortable. Loved having the two living areas so that some could hang out and play fooseball and others could sit and chat in the other area. We will definitely try and book this property every time we go to Granbury!

Great location

Really liked this neighborhood, it was family friendly and very convenient to downtown Granbury- which is like a Hallmark movie town! We got a lot of use out of the pool and loved the layout of the house (one level). Took a lot of walks. The beds were very comfortable!

Great House

This is a great house in a quiet residential neigborhood. It is close to everything in Granbury. The house had been mostly updated and was a great floor plan. The design was fresh and modern as well with a great pool in the backyard. Overall, we were very happy and would stay again!

Perfect Oasis

We planned one last little get away to Dinosaur Valley before school started and wanted to float the Brazos River. This house was the perfect set up to stay for both events. The layout is great! It's decore was perfect, beds were very comfortable, and the pool was devine!!! After a hot day of hiking the pool is exactly what we needed...Would 100% stay here again. Never made it to the square to shop this trip, so I'd look into this place again forsure.

Girls Weekend

The house was very nice. Had seating for all of us at the dinner table and in the living room. The pool was awesome. The only thing we noticed was that the yard was not welcoming.

Family trip

The house was wonderful and the pool was great entertainment. We ran into an issue with the AC and the owner was very responsive and got some out to look at it ASAP. Overall, very happy with our stay and would stay there again!
