We had a wonderful stay! The pool and hot tub were great along with the kayaks. Jason was very quick to respond with any questions we had and super nice! We would stay here again!

The place was beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Pool and spa was exactly what we needed. Town is about 10 minutes away and has everything you need. We would stay there again!!!

Property was great. Pool and hot tubs were in working order, clean and used everyday during our stay. Outside area had everything we needed to enjoy lakeside view . The house has a spacious kitchen to gather around. Living area has plenty of sitting. All bedrooms has good mattress and bedding. No complaints . Host was available and meet our expectations . Thank you for making our stay great..

Wonderful set up for family and grandkids to enjoy holiday weekend on the lake . The pool was a big hit with the smaller grandchildren . The layout of the house works very well . stocked with necessities and check in was very easy . The location from the backyard to view 4th of July fireworks was incredible.

We had a great time staying at this property..It was very well cleaned, had handy phone charge plug ports by every bed.. well stocked on fun activities for kidsMy kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing ( caught 4 bass )They also enjoyed the pool!!!Perfect set up for a staycation!!!

This property was nice and offered a good little getaway. I enjoyed the area and location. We were disappointed in the upkeep outside in the front patio and backyard space. Lots of cobwebs, ants, etc. I really wanted to enjoy the front patio with the rockers, but it was almost like no one had touched them in months. Tons of cobwebs and just not generally kept up. I know it’s property on a lake, and some of that is to be expected, but at that price point I would expect they would keep the outdoor area much nicer. That was the reason we were first attracted to this location. We wanted to spend lots of time in the outdoor space. Along with that, we used the kayaks and lake equipment and it too seemed as though it had not been used and kept up in quite some time. This house was really well stocked, and we appreciated the kitchen space and all the games. I will not be back at this price point, thoughAlso… Strangely, the door was unlocked when we arrived, which made me slightly uncomfortable. And I’m sure this was just an oversight

To potential guests reading this review, I would like to point something out. This is only our 2nd non-5 star review since starting with vrbo 4 years ago. And here's the ironic part. Both of those negative reviews were from guests in which we had to make a claim for additional cleaning. These reviews are simply out of spite. This guest admittedly left slime (the empty GALLON bucket was left on the patio) all over both the interior and exterior of our property. We had to use a pressure washer to remove the slime from the patio furniture, walls, and floor. Three chair cushions were ruined and needed replaced. The claim was made aware to the guest immediately upon discovery. In regard to the spider and cob webs, these do exist in the celing corners of the OUTDOOR front porch near the accent lighting. We knock them down every week but with our property being lakefront they are always back within about 48 hours. Fire ants are a constant battle as well. We use bait regularly (multiple bags available in garage) but we typically just find that the mound is vacated for another location. It's just part of lake life that we all deal with here. 2 of the 3 kayaks are $1k Wilderness Systems models that our guests regularly brag on. They might have a broken handle and a few scuffs but worth knocking a rating down? We don't feel so. We're sorry Jennifer that these 2 issues put a damper on your stay and we will certainly pay more attention to clearing cobwebs and upkeeping the kayaks.

Granbury is a hidden gem aling the Brazos River and Lake. The canal the house is on is likewise wonderful especially at sunrise/set!. The pool area and back porch are huge amenities. My kids loved it. The house was clean and has plenty of room. We had 12. The kitchen had everything we needed for several meals. The two pugs next door might lick you

We were here for a wedding and thought a house with a pool would be more enjoyable for the kids. We loved our stay! So relaxing and quiet and the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Our kids spent many hours fishing and swimming. The house has games for everyone to play and lots of TV’s to unwind with a show. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us.

Exemplary host in all respects, especially for responsiveness to our questions. Just an incredibly relaxing stay. The view of the canal? Hard to beat. Can't wait to see it when the trees are leafed out later in the year. The house has a super layout, and the decor is charming.

Wonderful stay

The property was perfect for a family stay. Great accommodations for alk. Everything was super clean and the pool was great. I would definitely recommend!

Granbury for the Holidays

Excellent property, we had a great time. The host Jason is very friendly and was able to accommodate all of our requests. I can't wait to visit again.

This House is super cute and Well stocked . We were in town for a wedding & were super Busy but could relax when we got back to the house. It offers Plenty of room , the Bunkhouse was great. The whole property & house were Clean. The owners were super nice & I would love to stay here again !!

Great location and rental.

Great family fun rental on the lake. Owner is very communicative and provides assistance when needed. Convenient location to many areas. Highly recommend this location for all travelers.
