Quiet oceanfront condo with inter coastal water view. Pet friendly under 30 lbs

Short trip to historic St Augustine. Lots of oceanfront restaurants. Unit has small washer and dryer, large smart tv in living room, hardwood floors ,balcony facing golf course, workout room, sauna, and tennis courts. This property is across the street from the ocean! Outdoor picnic area tables and community room. Lots of shopping and restaurants on the beachfront. HOA allows small pet under 30 lbs with 50 dollar fee. The beach in Flagler is open 24 hours.Swimming pool is open all year! Private entrance to the beach 20 minutes to fabulous Daytona Beach. I include 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella and 2 small coolers to take your drinks on the beach. I also have 3 extra large beach towels. Private underground parking, with secure entry to the building. Come get away from the cold!!!

Wonderful stay

Julia’s condo was lovely, clean and bright. Communication with her was great and we loved this area of Flagler Beach. We also made good use of the pool and it was easy to cross the street to go to the beach. We would love to return again in the future.

Awesome stay in Flagler

Great property, easy check in and check out, everything you need is there including beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs, etc. No problems and the only thing I would suggest is an ice maker although owner privided ice.

Perfect!

My stay at Julia’s property was perfect. Communication with Julia was very easy. Check in just as instructions stated. Upon entering the condo I knew I had made the right choice. Warm and comfortable surroundings. Everything you may need was available. Condo was clean and having beach items provided was a great plus. Location of this rental is perfect. Close enough yet far enough away from the bustle of Flagler Beach. Access to pool and beach made this stay a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Julia’s rental!

Great Find

We come to Flagler Beach every year on vacation. We’ve usually stayed a little bit farther towards Ormand. This was our first stay at Ocean view and we loved it. We love everything about the condo. The location was fabulous. The underground parking with a designated spot was greatly appreciated. We felt very secure. It’s just a few steps directly across the street to the beach. They also have a great pool with plenty of seating. All the people we met at were sweet and friendly, and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Flagler Condo

Overall it was quite nice, they (condo) were upgrading the internet when we arrived, so it was quite slow as TV was using it. Comfortable accomidations and by mid week internet was running fine. No complaints here!

Awesome Beach Vava

The place was super safe. Close to beach. Clean!!! Nice cool air and the beds slept amazing. The pool area was super clean and almost always empty. Easy trip to the beach. Great food and fishing near by. Love that the room came with beach chairs and towels and an umbrella. Washer and dryer were great. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and snacking. The owner was always available with any questions we had. 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing time at Julia’s place!! One step to the beach, very clean, everything that you need is there. The market is a bit far but didn’t bother me.

Great apartment by the beach

This was a great place to stay. After a long day at the beach it was nice place to come and relax. The amenities were good and the beds were comfortable.

The towels were such filthy that Sunday morning my wife used the washer several times. Shortly after that the house technician rang and let us know that the hallway to the appartment was wet. Surely the condo below alerted him. He installed an electric dryer and asked if we used the washer and assumed that reason was a leaking water pipe in the wall. He required to get into the condo next morning 9 a.m. to start the construction. Dish washer out of order, dirty dishes in the cabinets, dirty towels and finally a coming construction - we were fed up and left after one night.

Flagler Beach is a nice quaint town with lots of shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to St Augustine. St Augustine has Lots of historical places to visit and NIGHT OF LIGHTS from November through the end of January. Millions of lights and tram cars riding through town with Christmas singalongs!
