This place was amazing! It had beautiful views of the beach, was well-stocked with everything you could need, and Greg and Robin were great hosts. They brought new beach chairs and deck chairs to make sure we had enough for everyone. Check in was fast, and the hosts were responsive when I had a question. We were also able to easily walk to several restaurants.

The location can’t be beat. It is close to everything. The hosts are very communicative and have literally thought of everything you could need from coffee makers, games, hangers and laundry baskets in the closets.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, centrally located to the Daytona 500, St. Augustine, and visits with friends in NSB. Having the sunrise, waves, and ocean right outside the door was absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed our morning walks on the beach.There are great mom-and-pop dining options within walking distance, and it’s just a short trip to the world-famous Funky Pelican at the Flagler Beach Pier. The hosts were more than accommodating and made everything easy from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Happy Place

Could not of been a more perfect stay! From start to finish, excellent communication with the owners, they were so helpful. We are already looking at when to book our next visit. Love Flager Beach, cannot wait to return.

We had stayed in a couple of units before but this unit by far was in fabulous condition. No carpet was a big plus. The deck furniture was very nice, everything you possibly needed was there…. Will definitely return again

The cleanliness is top-notch! The view is nothing short of spectacular! This rental is our first ever where the hosts made us feel welcome and relaxed. They visited with us, found common ground, treated us as equals, and left a welcome gift on the counter. We will return as often as they will have us. This townhouse and its owners are wonderful. Thank you for the best experience!

Fantastic beach condo

This condo was great. The layout worked well for our family with 2 small kids, and came with everything we needed. Easy walk across the street to the beach, and they even had beach chairs and toys in the closet.

Flagler Beach Gem

This property is fantastic! It has everything that you need on vacation and more! Great views, beach and proximity to restaurants. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions immediately! We would definitely go back!

Beach stay

Perfect beach condo just across the street from a walk-over to the ocean. Great views from an upper and lower balcony. Well appointed and a short distance from restaurants ( we often walked). Dog friendly. We hope to come back!

We had a wonderful month stay. The location was very walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views from the balconies! Greg and Robin were excellent hosts, very caring and attentive to all our needs. We already booked for next year!

Just Perfect

My family and I had an amazing time. The condo was just perfect and so cute. Greg was great and so easy to contact if needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely be back.

Great location. Beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. Two furnished patios overlooking the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Recliner chair. Swimming pool. Great hosts.

Celebrated 27th Anniversary

What a wonderful stay in this amazing condo! The view was pure perfection and we spent the entire week staring at it from the downstairs balcony! The condo is a quick walk (less than a mile) into town and we even saw two Spacex launches! Just an amazing experience all the way around!

Instant relaxation

We go to Flager often but this trip was different. We both felt relaxed immediately at Sunrise Surprise. Owners are super nice also and made our trip special with all the little extras they provided. Condo was clean and loved

Absolutely Wonderful

Paradise in a townhouse form. Absolutely WILL be back. Gregg & Robin have outdone themselves with this property. Communication and amenities were phenomenal! You have a forever guest.

Everything was zen

The property was lovely. It was clean and well-stocked, and the views from the balcony were to die for. We really like Flagler Beach; it is the quintessential small town on the ocean. The owners made themselves readily available throughout our stay. The beach and the pool were both perfect. We will be back!
