SPECIAL NOTICE: The Building is undergoing hurricane repairs through May 2025. Our unit wasn't damaged, but expect construction noise and balcony restrictions while they are being worked on. The pool is closed through May 25th, but we are able to use the pool at a condo next door during this time. Rates reduced accordingly!

Perfect Condo For Our Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean condo unit with plenty of space and beds for everyone. We Loved being on the first floor. The only downside was the elevator was so slow and my elderly parents had to use it so we spent a lot of time waiting on them. Overall amazing time was had. We plan on coming back!

Relaxing and Carefree Vacation

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated with a great view. The Close access/proximity to the beach was convenient. The condo had most everything we needed. The beach towels could use a refresh so I recommend you bring your own. The condo has everything else.

Even better than the pictures!

This condo is decorated beautifully and was exceptionally clean. It is literally steps away from a clean beach with very clear water. There are tons of restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Perhaps the best part about this listing that sets it apart from others we've stayed in is that is very well stocked, not just the kitchen, but also an entire room filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. It is clear that the owner and/or management company take pride in making this a place families would want to come back to. Thank you for a great stay!

Great property

Place was clean, property was well maintained, and the location was amazing. Lots of beach supplies and the ice maker came in super handy, makes me want to get one for my own house! Description and pictures are accurate and would absolutely stay again.

Everything You Need For A Beach Vacation

Unit was in a nice location. Kitchen nicely equipped. Lots of towels including beach towels. Nice heated pool and beautiful beach! Enjoyed the views from the large balcony.

Very Nice on Beautiful Beach

Liked unit we stayed in but several inconveniences. Elevator was not working when we arrived so thankful we were on 1st floor. We were told we would have only one assigned parking space but there would be other parking spaces available. Not true as the pool was under construction including guest parking areas. Our families were driving from two different locations so we did need a second parking spot. We were finally told by a cleaning lady that we were allowed to use pool and guest parking two properties away. Once we figured it all out we relaxed and enjoyed a great time on the beach. I am sure most of these issues wil be resolved once construction is complete.

Beautiful condo on the beach

We enjoyed our spring break stay at this beautiful condo! The location on the beach is perfect for a relaxing week. The condo was clean with every amenity and beach toy we needed.

Quiet condo on the beach

Spacious well-decorated condo overlooking a sparsely crowded beach. Plenty of space for my family of 5 and includes all the beach items you could need (wagon, chairs, towels, toys). TVs all have Netflix, Disney+, and various other streaming services. The only downside is there are not very many walkable restaurants, so if you don’t have a car, this could be more difficult. But, it’s right on the bus line so you can easily get to Clearwater/St Petersburg beach.

Location Location LOCATION!!

The location of the property was perfect. The views, amazing! Overall, very nice place. Owners quick to respond. Unfortunately for us the red tide rolled in so we didn't get to use the beach except for a few walks. The beach equipment provided looked impressive and complete just like the post listed. The beds were comfy enough. Plenty of bath towels, etc. The coffee bar was nice, however the Keurig wasn't working properly. We used the regular pot. Coffee supplies were included which was nice(no creamer).Nice TVs. Things to know from our stay: Bring house shoes. Floors are not as clean as they should be. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. We ran out of both and there were 5 of us. The "fully stocked" kitchen does not have foil, cling wrap, ziplocs, oil, cooking salt and pepper, etc. Utensil, pot and pan wise it's pretty stocked, but cooking basics you need to bring. All in all, it was a good trip. Remember, it's on the beach and there will be sand and bugs that play into your stay too!

A WOW view

Close to beach, overlooking the pool. The accommodations had everything you needed to cook and lots of beach toys. Would rent again.

Great stay

We enjoyed the condo, great views of beach and pool. Not a lot of things to do in walking distance. Condo itself beautiful and accommodating, only thing was floors were not clean, if you walked barefoot, feet were black, have to wear shoes at all times.

Family getaway

The condo is in the best spot in the building. It is on the first floor in the corner right next to the pool. It was easy getting down to the pool and beach with our grandkids. It has all the beach chairs, toys, towels, etc. There aren't a lot of restaurants within a couple of blocks but plenty of great options within a 5 minute drive. Caddy's is our favorite. We would stay here again!

Family Beach Get Away

The beach was beautiful. The area is laid back and doesn’t have the touristy feel that a lot of gulf coast beaches have. The condo is very nice and comfortable. We plan on booking here again in the future .

We like the condo, but had many problems during our stay

Hair thur out the condo. Tub clogged, fridge went out after spending 467.00 at the grocery. Spent 60 on ice trying to save our food. AC went out. All within our stay of 4 days. The owner and property manager was quick to get things fixed, but one day was completely ruined by having to wait on repair men. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the condo and having people come in without us being there. We spent a couple days waiting on repair men. One of the days during our stay our two teenage girls were alone in the condo and a man came pounding on the door. There is no peek hole to see who it is and my daughter cracked open the door thinking it was my husband. It was a man saying he wanted to come in to spray for bugs and change the locks. She shut the door and didn’t let him in. I messaged the owner and asked if someone was suppose to do these things, he said no and would always give notice if someone was coming . This made me feel very unsafe during our stay. The property manger gave us 100 gift card for Publix but was no good to us. We weren’t going to spend anymore money on grocery. We are from Ohio and have no Publix grocery store . We did appreciate it tho. On a good note the condo was nice location and the two balcony’s were nice. The condo was nicely decorated and cozy.

Beautiful Beach Vacation Location

This property is in a wonderful location and is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a successful beach vacation. This includes chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler and more! The owners suite is the retreat you would expect, showcasing the beach as the first thing you see and the last each day. The condo was big enough to relax inside together (5 adults, 3 kids), and the pool was a nice change after the beach. There are 3 double beds and 1 king. The beach itself is cool, white, quartz sand and the beach is relatively short shored, so the walk to set up right in front of the water each morning was short (make sure you take your beach equipment down at night, especially during sea turtle season). The water was perfect; aquamarine clear, shallow, and warm. Besides the beach, there’s Salt Rock Grill for fresh, same day caught sea food, Smugglers Cove Put Put, and shopping within walking distance. Highly recommended! We would rent this vacation home without a second thought.
