Beautiful oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a small, 4 unit building, no elevator. Enjoy the spacious kitchen and living room with direct views of the Gulf of America. Large patio to enjoy beautiful sunsets and view. This condo is bright and inviting, with a large master bedroom and bath. The first guest bedroom is perfect for children, with two sets of bunk beds, while the second includes a queen size bed. Convenient pool and beach access from a balcony stairway. The condo has everything needed for a relaxing and fun filled vacation!

The most perfect vacation condo.Perfect amenities inside & outside; perfect pool & beach. Super clean!Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. 2 car stalls per unit.Most importantly, the Hosts are very friendly & responsive.

Great location. Beach access was great, not crowded at all. Spent each morning on beach. Came up to house around 3pm, got ready to go out to dinner. Not far from clearwater, walking distance to great restaurants and ice cream at kooky coconut. Had ice cream every night. We also ate lunch there a couple times. Great tacos and burritos. We plan on returning next year and will try and stay at the same place.

Heavenly sums up our recent stay at this lovely VRBO home in IRB. The condo was spotless upon arrival. It’s beautiful and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Master suite feels very private. My 4 yo granddaughter loooooved the bunk room with the hand painted under the sea wall murals. She was thrilled with all the books and toys, especially all the “stuffies” as she calls them. The living space is very comfortable with a roomy sectional sofa and two upholstered swivel chairs. There is a large kitchen table, great for meals w family/friends, games or puzzles. The highlight of this place, of course, is the incredible view of the Gulf. The veranda overlooking the Gulf has two comfy, cushioned rockers w foot rests and a table for four. This was our second time to the area. IRB is a charming, peaceful little town, with walkable restaurants and plenty of ice cream parlors. If you want more excitement, Clearwater and Madeira Beach are a very short drive. My favorite feature of this house is that you are right on the beach. The veranda has steps that take you to the beach, and the beach is quite peaceful, with no crowds. The water was very calm, warm and a beautiful clear shade of green, like sea glass. I could bob around in that water for hours. Oh, and the owners were extremely professional. They sent the information we needed, replied very promptly to our questions, and did not bother us w those annoying questions and instructions during our vacation like some hosts do.

Nothing beats the condo views and IRB beach! The owners are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend staying here! We look forward to coming back!

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was clean and had nice interior furnishings and decor. There were comfortable chairs with foot rests on the outside deck, on which we spent a lot of time enjoying the views. We love that there are so many restaurants and cafe's within walking distance, with the option to walk on the beach or sidewalks. The hosts were very responsive and kind.

We loved the location--great beach and views and many close by restaurants. We greatly appreciated the hosts accommodating our travel arrival and ensuring we had what we needed for our granddaughter staying with us.

A beautiful view from our balcony and access from the rear of the condo to the pool and beach was great!! This place was stocked and ready for us!!! We have stayed in many condos, cabins and the like, this one had everything necessary to cook a meal, or just enjoy a cup of coffee! Why there were even umbrellas and toys for the beach! The place was clean and spacious, perfect for the seven of us who stayed. The kids loved it and enjoyed one evening playing games that were provided. The owners were so kind and even helped us get in a little early. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!!Thank You So Much!!!

Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids fit perfectly in this fantastic condo! The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of room to spread out comfortably. Plus the beds were super comfortable.The outdoor spiral staircase was so nice for quick beach access and we can’t say enough about the fully stocked beach closet with chairs, multiple umbrellas, toys and a wagon. We also had a giant basket with more beach towels than you will ever need. The area is quiet and easy to snag a beachfront spot even if you don’t set up your chairs until noon. Our fav spot was the Kooky Coconut for ice cream and fantastic Cuban sandwiches.Great communication from the owners on check in and even had a Happy Easter sign with chocolates when we got there.We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. This is the absolute best condo we have ever stayed in. The access to the beach cannot be beat. It was stocked with everything you could ever need for a fun day at the beach. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. We hope to stay again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beachside condo!The location couldn’t have been better-right on the sand with incredible sunset views.The condo was super clean, cozy, and fully stockedfrom kitchen essentials and even little extras that made it feel like home. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

After living in Tampa for 30 years, we decided to move to Indian Rocks beach 15 years ago. We live on the intracoastal waterway 10 blocks from this beautiful condo on Indian Rocks Beach. As boating and golf enthusiasts, we love this small beach community. We now have this wonderful second home for our family gatherings..

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We would have never considered anywhere other than Indian Rocks Beach. This condo is one of only 4 units. We are within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and most anything else you may need.
I think we knew the moment we first walked into this home that this was exactly what we had been looking for. The living area is really large for this size unit because the master bedroom is in the front of the home. That opens the whole living and dining area to those large sliding glass doors exposing those beautiful views shown in the pictures.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Small 4 unit building with covered parking, beautiful heated pool and deck area, in a wonderful section of IRB, just steps away from one of the best beaches in Florida. Clearwater Beach has been named best in the U.S. for the second straight year. IRB is just as beautiful without the crowds.
