Fabulous 2BR/2BA condominium located at Surfside, a high-rise resort, adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, with one of the area's most inclusive amenities package. Free Beach Service with an umbrella and 2 chairs come with this rental. This ninth-floor unit is full of upgrades, new Kitchen - Cherry Cabinets, Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, 20' tile flooring. The living area has a 47' LED TV mounted on the wall and has an entertainment system with Ipod dock and CD/Stereo. The condo has a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. The large balcony gives you a panoramic view from the beach to the bay as well as breathtaking sunset views. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room allow spectacular views from all rooms of this condo.This unit comfortably sleeps eight people. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two full-size beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room. Enjoy dinner at Royal Palm Grille Restaurant located inside Surfside. The large outside deck is a great place to have dinner or a drink and enjoy the sunset. The Tiki Hut, located on the pool deck and the Beach bar offers food and drinks for your convenience. Come experience the Surfside way of life. Surfside has all you need: private beach, heated pool,tennis, bbq grills, beach service, wireless internet, beach volleyball, fitness center, basketball, hot tubs, saunas, and kiddie pool.

This condo has a perfect location- right across from the beach, a beautiful view! It is close to grocery stories, various shops, and restaurants. This is our third trip to condos in Surfside and they have all been great. We particularly love the private beach and the umbrella and chair amenity. The only glitch has been the spotty elevator service.

Check in was super easy. Very clean. There are chairs and umbrella to use. lots of games available. There’s even a grill set to use in the grills that Surfside has in the grilling area next to the parking garage. The balcony is great. Very large with a nice view of the Gulf. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful time, beautiful view of the Gulf and everything we needed at the homey condo. The owner is a delight to work with and was very attentive in case we needed anything. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Condo!
Perfect location!! We had a great time the condo was clean. Spacious, and the view from the balcony is 10/10! Craig is awesome and easy to communicate with and super helpful! This is our 2nd time staying and we are already looking to book again!

Family Vacation
This unit had very convenient beach access. The bedding and linens were extremely comfortable. The unit was great and had everything available as listed. Communication with the owner was easy and very helpful. I would certainly stay again!

Overall this property was great! Very clean, comfortable and convenient. There was 8 of us total and we all fit comfortably. The property was right across from the beach and the view from the condo was amazing. Craig always responded in a timely manor. The whole process was very smooth. I would definitely book again!

Beautiful View!
The balcony faces the beach, which was a beautiful view. The condo had everything that we needed to be able to feel at home. The owner provided contact information for any issues and notified us when needed. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Great apartment small issue
Overall our stay was great however our neighbors below us continued to smoke on the balcony even after being reported to management, and there were only a couple of small issues the cleaning crew needed to address the owner is aware of

Excellent vacation
This was a great place to stay in Destin, it was very organized, and the owner gave detailed instructions and made the check in process very easy. The condo was set up with families in mind, there are many extras, such as movies, games, streaming radio, beach chairs, and many more amenities. There was great access to the balcony from the rooms and the condo had a beautiful view of the golf. I can’t recommend this condo Holly enough, look forward to staying there again. Needs more parking spaces for the guests. Not enough elevators to accommodate the guests. Building should have at least 4 elevators. Other than that, had a great time.

Sisters Trip Year 3 and counting
This is our 3rd year staying in this condo! It is PERFECT for the 5 sisters!! Craig is the most attentive Host. You have a question and he responds Quickly!!! He is the BEST. Loved it!
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is very nice and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Listing is just as described. Check in was easy. Building was quiet. Elevators can get a little busy but it’s summer so that was to be expected. Loved the pool and the beach walkover. People were all very friendly. We liked that this condo was the first one to the right off the elevator. No long walk down the hall. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot
Nice room, just right for our stay. Perfect beach. Loved having chairs but one of the chair guys wasn’t very nice. Our whole family stayed on the property some had issues with AC. I’m cold blooded so I was good at 74.

Craig and Becky Kirkland from Louisville, KY. We have been taking our daughters and friends to Surfside since we bought our unit in 1999. We love going down to enjoy the beach and pool and enjoy the incredible views when we sit in the condo or on the balcony.
