Offers a queen size bed in bedroom and tall queen size air mattress for additional guests. Enjoy the outdoors in the spacious patio that has seating but due to the timeframe and season the planned additional upgrades will be coming by spring!! You will be near most of the popular parts of the city and close to or near transportation to major universities and hospitals.

Additional rules
I’m not looking to host anyone who is using the place to throw a party or get out of control which results in loud noise and potential damage. No smoking inside and if you’re smoking outside please close back door. Pets are allowed if they’re house broken and well behaved with no excessive shedding. No pets on couch, chair, bed or blankets. Any additional cleaning or care may result in additional charges in cleaning fee or security deposit. Access to basement is for laundry only. Please use cold setting for water temp on washer and please don’t touch any of the stored items in basement! They are personal items of the owner and all photographed and itemized. The beam is low at the bottom of the basement stairs so please watch your head coming and going in addition to the duct and corner of the duct while doing laundry. Please turn off lights when you’re not there and be conscious of the air/heat and water you use but want you to be comfortable and enjoy yourself!
