We had a fantastic stay from the host helping us out, to a clean, updated, beautiful place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing! This is a fantastic location!

Great location for our couple’s getaway. Close to both the old Philadelphia sites and the new Philly restaurants and bars. Our host was very clear with her communications throughout which properly set expectations and made our stay more enjoyable. (No on site parking, but a couple of day rate options south of Market St on 2nd St.) Good times.

The room was very nice and clean, perfect for a short or long stay! The host responds quickly with any questions that you have. The building is in a great location, close to a lot of restaurants and very easy to walk to all of the sites in old city! The parking lot is really close and easy to use!

Clean new space. Excellent communication with host. Fantastic walk-to-everything neighborhood. Only comment is I couldn’t get the QR code to open the door, not sure if it was me or the machine so I used the code instead, that worked no problem.

The apartment is well-appointed, clean, and in a cool building that used to be a warehouse. While small, it had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The location can't be beat. There's a well lit parking lot a half block away and plenty of places to eat within a three block radius. You could go to a new restaurant every night for weeks and still not hit them all. The Constitution Center, The Revolutionary War Museum, Elfrith's Alley,Franklin Square, Christ Church, Independence Hall, and The Betsy Ross House were all no more than a ten minute walk. Several sites were within two blocks of the apartment or less. The Fireman's Museum and Museum of Wood Art were also very close by and both are worth visiting. As history buffs, the location was ideal.The management was incredible. We arrived on Easter, and they were communicating via VRBO, answering questions, and making sure everything was to our satisfaction (everything exceeded our expectations). TBH, we've never had more accessible hosts. If we had a question, we usually received a response within a minute or two.

Hello FYII was a guest of this host for 3 nights in March/26I had issues with my SIM card (I was travelling internationally) and this lead to difficulties accessing my accommodation. I believe all my text communications were with a bot. This was frustrating for me but I was eventually able to get entry. The most problematic issue I had was about a previously broken bathroom fixture which I notified the host about. Their response was basically sorry and to accept it. In early April I was notified by an insurance company who represents VRBO that my policy was being used to pay for this damage. I have reached out to both the insurance company and the host regarding this lack of integrity. Insurance company had moved on with the claim and suggested I do the same. No response came from the host. This was my first experience with VRBO and will be my last

Very pleasant stay in Philly. Parking can be a challenge depending on when you come/go from the property but there are two lots close by and we were able to make them work. Convenient location and great communication with host.
