Flagler baseball stay

Loved the location and the home was decorated beautifully. Home was clean. Hot tub got hot and was relaxing and added to our trio to watch my son play baseball at Flagler college .

Perfect Family Gathering Place

We enjoyed this home so much, with its perfect spaces for gathering, eating, playing games, reading books, and just resting. It truly has all the things you need to relax and enjoy a family of 9, and is a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach.

60th Birthday Getaway

We had a great trip. House and amenities were perfect for us. We went charter fishing for 2 days and had a great time. Once again house and pool was great. Host was also great Brendan.

Ruby’s Beach Paradise

Perfect house for a family getaway at the beach. Home was very well stocked with all the comforts of home from the kitchen to bedrooms and pool deck. Furniture was very comfortable and plenty of places to relax on multiple porches and decks. Can’t wait to return!

Family Time

We had a great stay. The host was very accommodating. The pictures posted in VRBO do not do this home justice. We had a great time just hanging out with our adult children. Will definitely be back.

Perfect for family!

This house is perfect for extended family. My husband and I along with our adult children, their partners, and one year old grandchild enjoyed this property so much. The pool is perfect for all ages, so much space downstairs and upstairs to gather. Every amenity you could need is supplied. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to return.

Awesome home for a large family gathering

The open space of the living room and kitchen combined allowed us all to gather together for meals and games. The pool was greatly needed and appreciated given the excessive heat of the weekend. The only negative was that the washing machine was not working properly so we could not wash our towels.

Beautiful getaway right near the beach

My family stayed for the weekend for a concert in St. Augustine. From the beginning communication with Brendon was easy with quick responses. Check in was easy. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our stay. There were pool toys/floats, a beach wagon cart, umbrella and boogie boards available. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. It was a short walk to the beach, but the pool makes you never want to leave the house!

Ruby's Beach House

Our family loved this beach house mainly because we also booked the house next door. We were all in town for a wedding. With small children, we loved the heated pool and the next door house also had a heated pool. Between the two backyards we let the kids swim even after going to the ocean. The ocean was rough and cool, so the pool worked out great. The house was very well stocked. So clean and decorated very nice. Brendan was a great host.

Perfect for everyone

We went to a wedding in Vilano Beach and were originally planning to stay at the new Hyatt. Daughter found this beautiful house and it was so perfect for everyone to have their own space. Not sure how almost three year old will go back to crib after sleeping in big boy bed on bottom bunk. He loved it and door locked on outside so parents got rest as well. Close to beach access and pool was also nice. Owner was very communicative and keyless entry was super helpful. Beds were comfortable. Recommend.

Great home!

I am just realizing that my review was never entered. This is a great home if you are traveling with family! Owner was also very nice and attentive when I mentioned I was having trouble with the coffee machine. He sent us a new coffee machine which was great. The home is very clean and comfortable. It is also in a great location and close to the beach. It is walking distance, but if you are taking a few things with you to the beach I would park closer. I would definitely come back if I am in the St Augustine area again.

Beach blast

We loved the home; it was true to the advertisement! The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for young and old during springtime! We plan to stay again in the future! Two wishes: 1st. Shower caddies to hang I showers to hold shampoo, soap, etc. Us old folks struggle with all of the bending. 2nd more water pressure. Hard to wash long hair with low pressure. It may be an island thing, though, and not a house thing.

Great December getaway!

We had a great time spending a few days together at Vilano Beach. The purpose of our trip was two-fold as we were spending time with our family, but also tending to our local business as remote owners and this house suited us perfectly. The location was quiet and set back in a few blocks from the beach, but just a short drive from the action in St. Augustine. The house was as described and perfect for our 5 adults and 4 kids. Everything that we needed was included and the heated pool/hot tub was perfect entertainment for the kids. The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the extra blankets and towels. The only minor complaint that we had was the low water pressure and the cleanliness of the showers. We weren’t sure if it was the minerals in the water or not, but all 3 showers appeared to have mold. Overall though, we had a great visit and definitely recommend this house!

They literally thought of EVERYTHING

Our family vacation was just amplified by our rental. They thought of every little details, we wished for nothing else. Plenty of space, and what a beautiful space it was. Family/children friendly!!! Ten stars all the way! We can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful vacation home

Very well appointed , beyond normal. The house was perfect for our extended family... the kids loved the pool! Great location near everything in St. Augustine. Brendon (owner) was very accommodating when contacted.

Perfect Family getaway

Beautiful, well designed and laid out home just perfect for our family reunion. Walkable to beach and river for swimming and fishing. Home is well furnished, clean and stocked with everything needed for a stay. We live in the neighborhood and wanted our children and grandchildren close by. This was the perfect pool home. Thank you Brendon for your easy communication with me. This was one of the best vacation and family reunions we have had.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and well-furnished house! There was plenty of room for everyone - including 2 master suites, a game room with card games provided, and 2 balconies. Our boys made great use of the pool and we visited the nearby beach every day. The tv’s in every room were great and helped us enjoy some family movie nights. We highly recommend this property!
