This location cannot be beaten. It is a short walk to the beach and offers fantastic sunrise viewing opportunities. It is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Our vacation was amazing.

The home is gorgeous and the views are amazing. The bottom floor is very musty smelling. There were broken chairs on the porch and it could stand to be painted on the inside. None of that would keep me from going back, however they request you keep the ac at 74 deg. That is entirely to hot. They should invest in a new ac unit so as not to threaten a renter to pay for a service call if the ac freezes up. It made it difficult to sleep.

We appreciate the notes about the porch chairs and the interior paint, and we’re passing them along to our team. The air conditioning unit is new, and the 74-degree setting was only a suggestion. We’ve removed it from our guest information to avoid any confusion. We hope to host you again!

There are far more expensive places to stay on VRBO, and this place is a very good value. It is not as well maintained and polished as some, but it is a beach house, it is clean and big-free. The home is older and needs some TLC, but it is practical, roomy, in a fabulous location on a fabulous beach. Beds are comfy. We stayed here twice and might return again! It is an amazing beach property without the luxury that makes some homes unaffordable. L

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We had a large group traveling with us - 8 adults and a toddler. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and then some! You cannot ask for a better location. We had our own private walk out to the beach, with views of the ocean from multiple places inside the house. The view of the ocean from the top floor is indescribable almost, it took our breath away. The host responded immediately, communication was 10/10 the entire time and all of our needs & requests were met. We arrived in St Augustine earlier than expected and the host was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After traveling with a toddler, this was the highlight of our day. Plus, garage parking! Such a short drive (you can even walk) to the Publix and other little shops and restaurants. It truly was the perfect vacation and we hope to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!!

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and clean. It’s right on the beach and had everything we could need. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again. It’s a short drive into St Augustine where there is plenty of great restaurants and lots to do. We had 5 kids with us and they loved it. It’s been one of the best vacations we’ve had.

Beautiful location on the beach. Easy to get to a grocery store or into St Augustine. Loved that there was a bathroom on each floor. House is well used but very comfortable.

The house was just like the photos and clean. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet! Would stay here again. The cleaning ladies showed up right at 10 on checkout day as we were finishing loading the car to leave. She was not very nice about it even though we were pulling out at 10:04.
