The home has amazing views, the elevator was essential and the showers were a breeze for someone in a wheelchair. We appreciate the hosts great communication and our family hopes to stay in this home again!

This was an excellent place to stay. The home was as described and it had everything you needed to cook with and plenty of plates, silverware, beach towels, bath towels, dishwasher and washer pods. I’ve stayed in a lot of homes, but this was far the best. My family was so impressed that they want to come back next year and stay an extra day. Great place!!!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and right on the beach! We had a great time fishing, swimming, having a fire in the firepit! This place has it all! We highly recommend and will rent it ourselves again!

This home is well thought out. Floor plan engages all staying there yet provides ample privacy. All bedrooms with en-suite is super convenient. Accessibility was perfect for those who are older or impaired. Access to beach and pools is easy. Location is off beaten path so quite secure, quiet and private.. Host was also rapidly responding to any questions. It is clear that they have experience in making sure others have a good experience.

Dream stay at this rental!!! Wonderful time with whole family. Plenty of room for our party of 12. Two small dogs enjoyed it also. Great communication with owner. We will be back for sure.

this place is perfect in every way. Luxurious design, perfectly decorated, the best smelling hand soaps…. I could on and on. If you're reading this review them just book it. You will not regret a thing. Pool is close. Beach is closer.

The property was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The owners were so helpful and kind. Balconies were great. The alarm was a nuisance. It was set off by an anomaly in the top guest bedroom. The walk to and from the beach was challenging because of the steep incline. Steps may be better? Bill is 80 and I am 73 so after a couple trips we went around by the street. The kids didn't seem to mind it. Ovation was a wonderful place for walking, etc. We loved it.We got our exercise using the stairs to get to our room on the top floor several times a day. So thankful for this home that we were able share.

Beautiful, brand new property right on the beach! Our family had a great Thanksgiving retreat. It was cold and windy the week we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach too much but would be great in good weather.

This property was top notch! Very clean, beautifully furnished with special touches all throughout the house. Communication with owners was easy and very quick to respond. The views of the Gulf are beautiful. Will definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful house, well equipped with everything we needed. Location on the Cape and to the water are perfect and the views from every balcony are breathtaking. It was a great spot for my husband and I to take our grown kids and grandkids to enjoy Cape San Blas. Wonderful memories were made by all and we will come back to Sanding Ovation.

Beautiful House!

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It is a very well built house that was clean and fit all of us with an abundance of space. The views of the beach are amazing and the amenities in the neighborhood of Ovation provided great ways to soak in time with our family.

Family 4th of July Vacation

The property was outstanding with easy access to the beach and beach towels provided withthe unit. The elevator was easy to access andserviced all the floors. 6 bedrooms and each had their own bathrooms with showers and decks with view of the ocean or the bay. I would highly recommend this home for families. Plus was easy access for handicap person.

Steve and Tammy are wonderfully thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond to stock the house with items essential to vacation. Simple things like hand soap and dish soap were provided. The house decor is beautiful with stunning views. They even stock the house with beach towels, which was very helpful to decrease my travel load. Again, house has amazing amenities (like beach chairs and towels) which sets it apart from many other rentals in the area. The location is great with stunning views. Communication with Tammy and Steve was always clear with exceptional directions for check-in and check-out.

Perfect - Every amenity thought about

It’s the little things that matter…the owners clearly have our enjoyment in mind!! Every detail in every room was thought out, the rooms were large, comfortable seating for a large family in dining room and living, thick towels, great water pressure, 2 sinks in kitchen, 2 fridges and 2 wash/ dryers was very helpful, every bedroom has a full bath, the outside stairs off main porch connected to walkway to the beach, just incredible!! Cape San Blas is our families favorite place to rest and relax the past 7 years and this year was an upgrade. Super grateful for our time there and looking forward to returning to Sanding Ovation!

We are home and settled in! The kids had a fantastic time and absolutely loved the house and all the amenities—we used the pools, gym, and tennis courts every day. The two-sink kitchen setup was also a big hit. I did want to share some constructive feedback from our stay to help with future guests: * HVAC Limits: The thermostat kept resetting to 77 every morning, and the lowest we could set it was 72. We woke up hot during the night and had to repeatedly lower it. The friends we brought with us own a large HVAC company, and they noted that letting the house heat up actually causes the system to work harder than maintaining a steady, cooler temperature. * Bedroom Fans: The fan in the lower bedroom off the kitchen doesn't work at top speed. Also, the bunk room fan is great if you are standing directly under it, but the room itself gets very hot—especially when the AC system resets to 77. * Kitchen & Pantry: We specifically booked this house because of the kitchen and the pantry. As a family that cooks a lot, that space was an absolute must for us, and it was truly great. However, we loved everything the kitchen provided but would suggest adding more baking pans. Having only two isn't enough or large enough for large families that cook. * Towel Supply: We were surprised to find only one towel per guest, and even less than that upon arrival. * Trash Process: The trash instructions were a bit confusing and ended up smelling and becoming an issue. It wasn't clear if we were supp

Hello again, thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We wish you would have contacted us during your stay about some of these things while we were communicating about your other questions you had as some of these issues could have been easily explained/resolved. For example, the AC system can be controlled remotely, and we could have made a correction to any settings that were causing an issue. We provide as many bath and beach towels as possible. The limitation is actually based on how many towels can be cleaned and dried by the cleaners (along with bedding) between guest departures and arrivals that take place on the same day. As for the trash, again we aren't sure what the issue you experienced was, but we pay an additional fee for the trash company to come to house, empty the cans at the garbage truck, and bring the cans back to the house so guests don't have to bother at all with the trash cans on trash day. We were glad to hear that you and your kids enjoyed your week at this beautiful beach!
