We are so happy with our decision to stay at Hartley Haven! The communication with Kyle was top notch. We had a lot of questions. He was so helpful and answered them quickly. The open concept with the wall of windows in the living/kitchen/dining area was my favorite feature of this house. The view of the Gulf is stunning! We cooked a lot, and we were impressed by how well- equipped the kitchen is. There was plenty of room for our group of 16 to enjoy being together and to rest comfortably at night. I highly recommend this rental property for your next stay on beautiful Cape San Blas.

The house and amenities were immaculate. Hands-down, the nicest place we have ever rented on the beach. The elevator was a huge plus for my aging in-laws. The sunsets were unbelievable.The host is great to work with and we hope to be able to return one day.

Absolutely perfect. The gorgeous house, the host, the location were excellent. The view from the living area was outstanding. The only negative was the comfort of the beds. They were super hard. I understand that is a personal choice, but every adult commented on how they were uncomfortable sleeping. However, that would not stop us from staying there again.

Perfect home for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was a great addition and outdoor space was very nice for college football, Saturday!

Absolutely stunning property!! It was perfect for our family-open main living area with plenty of room to hang out. Views are amazing-we could see our family from the balcony and communicate with them. Kids loved the pool area. Host was easily accessible with any question. Immaculate property and will definitely stay again!

My wife and 4 children absolutely loved our stay at Hartley Haven. The house is essentially brand new. Incredibly clean, high-end appliances, great bathrooms/beds and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The views were incredible, and the covered pool was perfect for young kids. They supplied beach chairs, pool toys, a crab net and even small flashlights to find crabs at night. This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas after staying in Destin, San Destin, Rosemary beach for years. A few tips - there are two general stores less than a mile away that have all the essentials needed but if you want groceries, I recommend bringing them or picking them up in town. The general stores have adjacent ice cream/coffee shops which are great, and Hunt's seafood is excellent. Lastly, this is of no fault to the owner of the property, but the beach erosion is significant and there are a few broken wooden poles sticking out of the sand which could cause issues. During high tide you cannot see the poles but at low tide you will be able to see them. Hopefully, the beach personal who maintain Cape San Blas beaches can remove these potential hazards leftover from the hurricane. Our crew walked down the beach to the right, and everyone had a blast all week. Hopefully with the new government grant to fix the beach, the beach erosion/beach will improve, but this house/property/pool was fantastic. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars!

The property is very nice and Mr Mills was very polite and responsive. Loose ends that need to be fixed. 1. Elevator is not aleays reliable and scary to use. Telling you to always bring your phone in case you get trapped is not reassuring. 2. Fire alarm goes off repeatedly even with vent on and doors open. 3. Widows in kids room need locks to prevent 5 yo from opening. 4. Need cookie sheets. 5. Ice maker is slow so bring your own ice.
