Family Birthday Celebration

The apartment was AMAZING! Even better than the photos. All the furnishings were of the finest quality, including the bed linens and towels. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked with every type of culinary tool, plenty of glasses of every variety. We were a family of 13 and we had plenty of room. The bean bag chairs were a big hit for all ages. We loved the neighborhood. We have some members with food allergies and there were several places they could find something eat. All wished we had more time.

Charming accommodations in lovely neighborhood.

We stayed here for over a week during our daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The location in the heart of Old Town is fantastic. The high ceilings, beautiful decor, and well-equipped kitchen made it feel like home. The Wells Street location does come with some expected city noise, but the hosts thoughtfully provided white noise machines in each room, which helped a lot. Just a heads-up if you have older guests—the staircase to the flat is a bit steep. Overall, perfect accommodations in an amazing neighborhood!

This property was great! Everything as expected and the communication with the owner was outstanding. The neighborhood is so fun and cute, with lots to do. A perfect stay!

Perfect City Apartment!

What a great apartment - well appointed and very clean. Had everything we needed to be comfortable - lots of space for our group of four adults and four kids. Sarah was wonderful to work with - very responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent! We walked lots of places and had easy access to the Red Line. Dom's Market was a quick walk down the street, and we stopped in each day for snacks, food for meals, and coffee. Had a great dinner at Happy Camper just a five minute walk away. And, of course, ice cream at Jeni's just a two-minute walk away. The apartment was great, and really made our trip so enjoyable. Comfortable beds were a plus! Thank you!

Perfect for a group of 5!

We had a fantastic stay at this property celebrating our 50th birthdays! Perfect amount of beds/space/bathrooms. Comfortable and modern. Beds were all very comfy. Chicago is a big city with big city noise and the rooms on the street side do hear noise, bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to city noise. One friend brought a noise machine and I think there was at least one provided (inquire if you are concerned). Host was very easy to communicate with during our stay, quick responses to our questions and helped us figure out parking down the street which is included with your stay. We made breakfast one morning and the kitchen was great. Location is safe with a variety of restaurants within walking distance, we used Uber/Lyft to get to other parts of town to avoid dealing with parking. Highly recommend going to Second City, and it's a quick walk to theater. Would definitely stay here again with a group this size. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Sarah was great to work with. There were some problems with our parking reservations and she worked with us to resolve them. She was accessible, personable and responsive when we needed assistance. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked with supplies to meet our needs.

Ideal property

We gathered family, adults and children, from the US and Italy for a Chicago visit and found this unit ideal. Shopping for essentials and for pleasure, dining options, beach and park access were all very handy . The unit is roomy, comfortable and very well supplied with kitchen equipment. We look forward to repeat visits.

Perfect Place for a getaway!

Amazing location, super clean and equally adorable. A college girls getaway weekend was made even more perfect by our stay in this tastefully decorated flat. Every detail down to a responsive and kind host, sound machine in each bedroom, and a mint on your pillow was thought of.

Beautiful Chicago Home

I can't think of enough nice things to say about this property. It was amazing and in a prime location. Near so many restaurants and cookie places. It was close to multiple drugstores in case you need to pick up any last minute items. All of the rooms and the property were very spacious. Michelle was an excellent host. She responded very timely to any questions we had about the property. She even left us a little welcome gift and a note. It's those extra touches that show that a host really cares about their guests enjoying their vacation. Would 100% stay here again.

Exceeded our high expectations

Our group consisted of 5 long time friends for a long weekend. All of live in other states. The bdrm situation was perfect for us. I don't think you could ask for a more central location - right in the middle of the very fun Old Town neighborhood and easy to get to everywhere else. Has a great kitchen which is adjacent to a family room. Michelle was incredibly quick with her communication with us. We will stay here again the next time we get back to Chicago. What a fun City. Too many great things to do.

Perfect match for a large family

This property worked out great for our family trip to Chicago. My extended family really enjoyed our time with this unit. We had five children age - and five adults in there's. Wonderful location in Old Town. Owners were very responsive through the entire process. I would definitely rent this unit again-probably for a longer period of time next time.

Great place Great Location

What a great property. We’ll laid out with five queen beds in four bedrooms. And great common areas and kitchen. And the location is perfect right on the main street for easy access to coffee or restaurants (great Tacos 50 feet away). And the host was very communicative and responsive to even the littlest questions. Thanks again.

Great option for larger group.

Large, clean, renovated, and well appointed apartment in a convenient location. Five big comfortable beds; 2.5 nice bathrooms. Dining table seats 8 or 10. Old Towne bars/restaurants are busy and loud on weekends. Just a couple blocks from Second City. We walked to Wrigley Field on a nice day - about three miles - and took the train back. Easy. Overall, the apartment is a great option. Communication with host was timely and pleasant. Access was easy.
