Location location location - what a great place in the heart of the Gold Coast. 3 blocks from lake shore drive, a few blocks from shopping and downtown museums. Definitely worth the stay.

The location of this unit was perfect for our Chicago marathon weekend. Having three bathrooms made it easy for all of us to get ready. And having a parking space included was a huge draw! We had one small issue while we were there that I communicated to the host and they offered to take care of it right away. Communication was friendly and easy. We would definitely stay there again!

We were 5 women who came in to Chicago to shop and go to a play. Our place was immaculate and the location was excellent . We were able to walk everywhere. If we had any questions or concerns Hubbard responded immediately. We hope to come back again next year and will definitely rent here again if it’s available.

The hosts were great, communicated everything from check in to check out ( & answered questions quickly!) very well. Property looked just like pictures and the location is amazing!! Shopping, restraints, ect very close! And the included parking was a huge bonus!

Instructions for check in and parking were perfect. The unit is just as described and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The location was close to so much and very walkable. Some neighborhood noise but otherwise a perfect stay!

Amazing stay in an amazing location. Can’t beat the price for a 3 bedroom 3 bath stay. Will definitely stay here again when I make my way back to Chicago. Side note, was here for a Vikings game and Bears fans were top notch hosts.

Stayed with three friends for a low key girls weekend and had a great time. The unit is walkable to restaurants, coffee, shopping and a short uber away from other neighborhoods. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions, beds were comfy and having parking included was a huge plus for us. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved this townhouse. It was great for a family getaway for a few days. I thought the entire place was spotless. For once, I didn’t feel the need to go through and clean anything when I got there… There was plenty of food options within a few seconds of walking. Shopping is also close by. Not to mention there’s a bar just below the townhouse on the basement level! I would absolutely stay here again. The owners are quick to respond and very helpful!

Such an awesome location and great space. Right off Michigan ave but the bedrooms are placed perfectly so you don’t get a lot of noise. The kitchen was set up for fun family dinners with a really nice dining room table. The hosts were very responsive to questions and requests. The whole unit was very clean. The parking is a few blocks away but we travel to Chicago a lot and would much rather park a few blocks away in a secure parking lot for free than find way more expensive parking on our own. Overall, a great space and we will be back.

We loved the location and old Chicago feel of the Apartment. The rooms were a little small but we managed. The parking gave us some issues with the Card but our hosts were great at getting back to us and refunding our parking. Beds were clean and there was plenty of room to move around the apartment. Great neighborhood and there’s a grocery store around the corner if you choose to stay in and cook. The teens loved the Chic-filet on the corner and were able to walk to all their favorite stores. I am hoping we can stay here again in the spring. I would highly recommend.

This was a great location for my family (five adults) to gather and check out the sights in Chicago. C Very convenient to downtown and easy to get to the South Side, Oak Park, Navy Pier, etc. All of the instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow. Having the parking pass made it easy to use the car when necessary and not worry about it otherwise. The living room and dining room/kitchen made it easy for us to gather without being in each other's faces, cook breakfast, and generally hang out.

This apartment was the perfect base for our Chicago adventure. Between the parking garage spot, easy access to public transit, comfortable bedrooms, and everything we could need in the kitchen, we would book this rental again in a heartbeat.
