Brand new 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom condo located on the 1st floor in Tower 4, Tau Residences, Punta Mita. Marvel at the wide ocean and mountain views from the large outdoor terrace and your own private heated pool and outdoor living space.

Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, this condo has everything you need to enjoy Punta Mita, inside and outside dining options, gas BBQ grill, 6 seat golf cart, personal concierge service and Premier Membership Golf.

Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha. (fees may apply)

Access to Golf Courses, Gym, and Tennis courts. (fees apply)

Rental also includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food!

Please note there is a 3% service fee that will be sent as an additional payment request through VRBO and payable on booking.

Please note this is a new development so there is construction taking place and there is a potential for noise during the day, this is reflected in the currently discounted rates.
Construction hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. On weekends no work is permitted.

Also During all the dates below, there is no construction work permitted without exception.

Wedding weekend in Punta Mita

Beautiful villa - great location and proximity to St Regis. Villa manager and housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Vacation Home

This is a fantastic property in the Tau neighborhood of Punta Mita. Everything was just as represented in the pictures. Great place to stay with family.

Stunning unit

We had a great trip! The unit was gorgeous! I would love to have the interior designers information. Pedro was our concierge contact. He was very kind and helpful. We had some noise from construction going in in the front of the unit. I knew that when renting it. It was noisy at times but the beautiful surrounding made up for it. Rosie the housekeeper was the sweetest. I would rent this unit again for sure.
