Newly remodeled home in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Guest will enjoy this split level floor plan with two dedicated living areas. The front room offers a large seating area with a flat screen TV and is right off the kitchen/dining area. The lower level living area brings the comfort of family game or movie night with its cozy couch, TV and inviting fireplace.

After a long day out exploring all Tulsa has to offer, you can settle in for a delightful nights rest in one of our four bedrooms all equipped with flat screen TVs. The master suite downstairs has a king bed with attached bathroom for you to relax in the soaking tub or take an inviting hot shower. Upstairs you will enjoy a second master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom as well. Ajecent to the upstairs master are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen with a shared bathroom.

After a great nights sleep, everyone can gather in the newly updated, fully stocked kitchen for a cup of coffee around the bar or breakfast at the dining room table.

This home also features a game room with ping pong and a flat screen TV perfect for entertainment. For those who like to take the entertainment outside, enjoy the privacy of a fenced in backyard with a patio and seating area to relax. You can spend the day grilling with family and friends and challenge one another to a game of corn hole.

This home welcomes anyone-from a couple looking to get away or family and friends in search of fun. Located in Midtown you are minutes away from all the fun Tulsa has to offer.

Excellent location to the expo square. Great stay and owners were very helpful. Even calling in AC maintenance for same day repair when they noticed it wasn’t cooling quite like it should. Can’t wait to stay again. Downstairs daylight basement held the 4 suit with a second living room. Overall fantastic house for larger group.

Such a wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! The host is wonderful to work with and very responsive. It was close to the expo center (the reason we were in town) and the house was so nice. There is plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourself. We look forward to staying there again next year!

Weekend get away.

This house was exactly what our family needed. Everything is in perfect condition. Everything was just as expected. The house and backyard is perfect for fellowship and entertaining. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were excellent quality and the bathrooms were completely stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels for everyone. Our family raved about the accomodations. Shaun was a great source of information for us

Excellent communication, excellent house with well thought out touches. Perfect for a family with littles. Shaun even had 2 pack and plays ready for our twins. Nice, updated appliances and everything you would need to cook a full meal. Plenty of towels, washcloths and hand towels. Very comfortable beds.Nice quiet neighborhood. All around wonderful stay!

Close & convenient!

We did a trip for the Chili Bowl at the Expo Center. The house is located very close by. House is very clean and comfortable. The host was easily accessible and accommodating. We loved the layout and openness. Easy access to shopping, highways, and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent stay - close to Expo Center

My family and I were in Tulsa for a junior national Cattle show. This home is very very close to the expo center. The beds are very comfortable, the house is in a good neighborhood, and the ping-pong table provided hours of fun time for my family when we were at the show. Best house I have stayed in to date!

Great place

Really good property for a big group. We played ping pong and corn hole and the house was big enough for our family of 10. The bedrooms were all roomy and having three master baths was great. The owner is super cool and responsive.

Perfect stay!

The house is absolutely perfect for our family while at the expo for a horse show. The layout is great. There are tvs in every room, the house is very clean and the garage is a huge bonus with a fun ping pong table! Everything you could possibly need is in this house. We booked for next year it’s so great!

After many years of owning long term rentals, I decided to branch out to short term rentals after a recent trip to Florida. Our family of six stayed in a short term rental posted on VRBO and had a wonderful time. The memories we had during our stay were invaluable. It was at that moment I knew I wanted to provide the same joy in my home town of Tulsa.

This split level home is set up perfectly to accommodate a large group to gather together while also providing separate spaces for everyone to relax and unwind. Two living rooms allow different groups to be entertained without distracting one another. You can relax on the font porch or use the back porch deck with bench seating. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. All new appliances, gas stove, double ovens, microwave and dishwasher. Dinning table for 8 and the granite kitchen island easily accommodates everyone for dining or entertaining. For the coffee lovers, choose one or all options. Keurig, drip coffee maker, pour over, or French press for your favorite style of coffee. Starbucks is just a few blocks away. The garage has epoxy flooring with a full size ping pong table, couch, and other seating to enjoy playing or spectating.
