Quiet, smoke-free, relaxing house in the woods with a creek that runs alongside it and Pickwick lake down the street. Great for families, fishermen or just a couples retreat. Home has central heat and air. Large front yard, wifi, tons of games to play and a fire pit for those cold nights.

The husbands had a fishing tournament but wives and kids tagged along. Beautiful cabin well kept! It was such a peaceful place to stay! Had everything we needed there and then some. I would highly recommend anyone going to the area to look this place up!! 5 stars all the way around!

Read this twice: the rental is WELL WORTH THE MONEY.Listing should clarify that you are close to Eastport Marina, not Pickwick.Only issue we had with the property is that it could’ve used some cleanup out back prior to our arrival. Rear deck was very dirty and covered in cobwebs. Not a major problem but a little bit of attention could have gone a long way.Older cabin but clean and a quiet neighborhood.Had everything that we needed and more

This house was a good place to stay and about a 10 min drive to the lake- we rented a boat at Eastport Marina. Also a 5 min drive to the downtown area/Walmart/restaurants and a large park. The home was spacious with areas for everyone. We had 6 children and 9 adults. It needs updating. There is only 1 bedroom upstairs with it’s own bathroom. The carpet needs to be replaced and the bathroom was outdated. 2 of the bunk rooms were misleading- one room looked like a converted porch with no outlets. The other is more of a closet with no ventilation and no door separating it from another room. The towels were old and looked more like rags. There is only bathroom downstairs with 6 of the bedrooms around it. Overall the home worked for the weekend at the lake and was clean.

Great Location for Family Gathering

The property was perfect for our family/friend gathering! Lots of space and a very functional kitchen. This is not a "fancy" stay, but perfect for a relaxing weekend with kiddos. So conveniently located! Excellent communication and a simple checkout process.

Family Reunion

We all were here for a family reunion on the other side of the lake, but I think we found that we like this side of the lake better thanks for the great hospitality and the super location. We all enjoyed it so much.

Everything was perfect!

We traveled from Illinois to Iuka. We have family in Cherokee AL. We had 10 people in our group. We all had plenty of room at this property! We all had a great stay at this property.

Family Friendly and Cozy

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We had 11 people between the ages of 2-65 and we were all quite happy. Each bedroom was comfortable, but our favorite spot was in the kitchen and lounging area that all connected. The creek was perfect for our younger crew too! We enjoyed the board games and location in the small town of Iuka. There was a lovely park just a few minutes away. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic Place!

I brought a group of Veterans down for a catfish noodling trip through a non-profit organization and this place more than met my expectations! The property was big enough to park many vehicles, the rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed to make it a memorable trip! Several of the participants asked me where I found the listing and implied this trip would not be the last time they stayed here!! Would recommend 100%!

Memories Made

Perfect get away for our family! The rental is beautiful and enough room for everyone. My grandbabies loved the toy room and games! Beds were comfortable, AIr conditioning worked great and loved the box fans as well as ceiling fans! Showers had good pressure and enough hot water for everyone! Loved it and will definitely stay again 😊

Great value

Lots of room to spread out, we had four families and each couple had our own rooms, also rooms for the kids. For the price it was great. Minor imperfections but very comfortable and secluded. The owners were very accommodating. If you are looking for a top-end property at this value price, stay away. You will only end up giving a bad review to these good hosts.

It’s hard to please 16 people but this house did just that.

We just returned from a church retreat where we had 16 people from age 22 -72, and it was perfect that there was a place for everyone - couples and singles alike. All entrances have some sort of step, but only one bedroom (and it’s bathroom) are up an actual flight of stairs. We knew it would be challenging with only 2 bathrooms but the hot water never ran out and this place is fully stocked with whatever you might need. Highly recommend and would book again for a family outing. Great communication too!

Every thing was great no complaints. Extra bedding blankets. Kids games adults games you name it, it was there for the family. Lots of fun and space.

Lake House

Great space!

We had 3 groups meeting up for a family reunion and this was a great central location so nobody had to drive too far. Ms. Tammi was so great at answering questions and making sure we were prepared for our stay. We had enough room for everyone, the upstairs master was great for the family with a baby so she could nap and not be disturbed. An amazing time was had by all!!

Fun at the Cabin House!

Wonderful cabin house with lots of room!!! It was so nice for everyone to be able to spread out and have their own space. It had a nice grill out back . The owners answered all questions quickly and they were kind and helpful. Great place for family fun!!! The kitchen is big and has a nice sitting area for everyone .

Tucked away yet convenient!

This cabin was the perfect fit for our large family and for bringing friends along. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area is super spacious. I loved the wooded lot and the privacy it gave. Highly recommend!

Nice Stay.

Good quick trip. Check in was really easy and host was great. Spent day on lake, so was a great spot for our large family. Will stay again for sure. Only negative was the back yard could have been cleaner.
