Welcome to our newly updated bungalow. This beautiful home is located in Historic Linden Heights near Kettering and Downtown Dayton. Our two bedroom/1 bathroom home is cozy and offers many amenities. This beautiful home provides new linens, WIF, TV’s, and spacious kitchen and living room. Close to highway access, close to WPAFB, AF Museum, University of Dayton, MV Hospital, WSU. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Whether you stay for two nights or many, it provides the comforts of home.

Great Stay!

This is a great property to stay at for a long weekend! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals.

Weekend Visit

We came from out of town to visit with my son and daughter in law. The property was clean and in a convenient location for our visit. It was the perfect size for both of us and made our visit comfortable and enjoyable!

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

The host thought of every detail in making sure guests have everything needed to enjoy a worry-free stay. Super cute craftsman bungalow. We were very comfortable there.

Great property just as advertised

Quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible from local freeway. Everything we needed was in the house. Far better and cheaper stay than any hotel would have been for us and our 8 year old grandson.

Lovely bungalow

Comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Nice, walkable, neighborhood. Covered front porch was a great place to relax and enjoy the day. We would love to go back!

Great stay!

My friend and I rented this place for the weekend. The house was very clean and well appointed. It has nice decor, and the property is well maintained. We had a question, and the owner was very quick to respond. We would gladly stay again!

Excellent old house

Wonderful older home located in a quiet neighborhood. House was tastefully furnished and anticipated everything a VRBO renter could wish. Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay

This property is amazing! We felt at home and so relaxed! The amenities the owner had was above average! We literally had everything we needed. This home was immaculate and so clean! We would definitely stay here again in the future❤️

Great Little Bungalow

Great, little place with everything you need in a super cute package. The proximity to restaurants, WPAFB etc. was awesome! The longest drive we had was maybe 13 minutes. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but we had no issues and was quiet for the most part. This is a great value and would absolutely stay here again! The host was awesome and gave us some great tips on good restaurants in the area. Also, do not miss the Air Force Museum….very cool and nostalgic!

Convenient location

Very easy to find and within 15 minutes of many parks and attractions in Dayton. Clean and quiet neighborhood. The house was amply stocked for rental needs--plenty of extra towels and pantry staples. Thanks, Devona!

Family Visit

Stayed for a long weekend while we visited our daughter at college. Property was charming, clean, as described with a few extras which were a nice touch. Host was responsive and helpful. Off street parking was a plus as the street is rather narrow. We will definitely use this property again.

Passing through

We made a brief stop to visit friends. The home is in a great location and perfect for our small family. It helped us land between scheduled meet ups and rest on our own time. Parking felt safe, neighborhood was quiet. Nice kitchen. Comfy linens. Some necessary items that we forgot. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great location

Place was exactly as advertised. Clean and cozy. We loved sitting out on the front porch. It was a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was very well stocked, down to the paper towels that weren’t even the cheap paper-thin kind. There were plenty of linens and the towels were really nice and soft. Would highly recommend and if we are back in Dayton, will be booking again.

Dayton Getaway

My friends and I came into town for some concerts at the Nutter Center. The bungalow was spacious and very clean. Full kitchen if you are wanting to cook. Devona was always quick to respond to any questions. Wifi worked great (worked remotely).

Very lovely house!

We are grateful this place we rented was nice and clean. We had everything that was needed and Devona, the hostess, was gracious to provide extra granola, candy etc. You get what you see! Checking in and out was very clear and easy instructions to follow. Thanks!

we loved it

Our vacation was so relaxed having our vrbo rental because the host had it put together so nicely. Plenty of linens and kitchen was fully ready to cook as well as laundry in the basement made my chores 123 done. comfy beds and furniture. Hope to stay again in the future when visiting friends. Good price for what we walked into and no hotel crowd. win,win- Thank you!
