Recently renovated, 3rd floor oceanfront condo. This 3-BR, 2.5-Bath 1,250 sq ft condo is located on the ocean on Myrtle Beach’s Shore Drive in the popular Pelican’s Landing community. The only 3 BR complex on Shore Drive. The condo can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. You must be 25 or older to rent this condo per HOA rule. Linens are included and 2 beach chairs are available for use in the attached laundry room.

The unit features all new tile flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home, a breakfast bar, updated appliances and bathrooms, a washer & dryer in unit, cable equipped smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, free parking, Wi-Fi, and an elevator to access to this 3rd floor condo. Two parking passes are also included with your booking.

This spacious unit has everything you need for your dream beach getaway. Amenities include an oceanfront outdoor pool and another pool in front of the other Pelican's Landing buildings on the other side of the road, a grilling area, and a playground. What could be better than relaxing on your own private balcony with the ocean just steps away? There are plenty of windows throughout the CORNER unit to let in wonderful natural light.

If you have been searching for the perfect beach vacation spot, look no further! The complex is close to The Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and so much more.

Wonderful trip

Condo was very nice, updated and comfortable. The host was very responsive when we had a question. The location was the best, beautiful sun rise from balcony. Really enjoyed the recliners in the living room.

Quick family getaway

This condo was everything we needed for our quick family getaway for Christmas. Perfect location, didn't feel like you were in the hussle and bussle of Myrtle Beach chaos, but very close to everything! Would definitely recommend this condo for your next stay!

It was perfect! The condo was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. With a full size kitchen we were able to cook and share meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. So beautiful! We had a wonderful time and it was quick and easy to get to and from wherever we wanted to go! Thanks again! Highly recommended!

Amazing property

We had an amazing experience at this property. The bedrooms were spacious the bathrooms decent size and the kitchen was fully stocked, eve. Had pods for the keurig. The stars of the show are the balconies, direct ocean front and so close you hear the waves. Amazing sunrise viewing opportunities, saw some beauties! Right on the beach so now annoying trek, and there’s beach chairs and toys, in the condo for use. The pool was small but very clean. Great parking and use of an elevator, with carts to help with luggage. Super comfortable and very family friendly. We will definitely be back!

Clean and Comfortable

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean upon arrival, and well stocked. Previous guests had left trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap. This was a nice surprise. There were also beach chairs and boogie boards in the laundry area. Upon our arrival, we were missing one parking pass. I contacted the owner and he immediately answered and had a solution for us. During our stay there was an issue with the dryer. Again, I contacted the owner and he immediately responded. He had a repairman there that day with a fix. No vacation rental is without issues, but I was impressed with the prompt response and fixes that the owner provided. Thank you! We have stayed in Pelican's Landing several times in the past, with mixed experiences. This unit was very clean and the furniture (including mattresses!) was very comfortable. I believe that Pelican's Landing is the best condo building in the area. The location is wonderful for families. We enjoy the short walk to the pier and the shaded parking. It is a very family friendly building. Overall I would highly recommend this unit, and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place for vacation!

We had an amazing vacation! We have come to the same complex for 20 years and this is the best condo we’ve ever stayed at. Everything we needed and more ! Very comfortable and the owners were amazing to communicate with ! I highly recommend this condo! And the view!! Gorgeous!!

Much Needed Girls Trip

Definitely a hidden gem! The location of the unit is perfect. The pictures of the property cannot capture the peace and tranquility of the ocean waves from the balcony or master bedroom. The view from the master bedroom at night was perfect. I fell asleep to the moonlight and crashing waves. Literally steps from the beach, which was perfect for lunch breaks from enjoying the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Just a quick run to the store for groceries. We didn't go out for dinner, because we had everything we needed in the unit. Moe was responsive and helpful. We are already planning a return trip.

Beach vacation

The property was well maintained. Clean upon check in. This unit is one of the nicer units we have stayed in over the past few year. The beds were not comfortable. The beds made a lot of noise when moving. The twin beds were really bad.

Great Weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is a few steps away from the beach, and the views from the balcony are beautiful. You can open the sliding glass door and hear the surf, you’re that close! The location makes it easy to get to everything. It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Thank you Moe!

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location for us to stay. We were right on the beach & just minutes away from places to eat & a Walmart. Moe was great about communicating with us. He checked in with us the day of arrival & we had a couple of issues that we just needed help with & he was very helpful for us. He didnt make us feel like we were a bother.

Perfect Getaway

This condo is clean and updated; we immediately felt at home. The owner Moe is quick to respond to questions. The condo's location was superb and definitely contributed to being one of our top ten vacations. Can't beat waking up, preparing meals, dining and relaxing to the beautiful views of the ocean every day!

Great location

The condo was very clean inside and the view from the balconies was amazing. About a 20 minute drive from Broadway at the Beach but it was an easy drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views; nice updates

Early check-in was appreciated but found the unit door had been previously pried open by a locksmith and looked very sketchy. Contacted the owner and was quickly assured the area was safe & that it was scheduled to be replaced. The door did lock but could easily be kicked in. No problems throughout the stay, but it needs to be fixed pronto. The condo itself had many updates to it. New appliances (although we didn't find the washer and dryer until the last day - a mention of it in the renter's guide in the unit would've been helpful), new floors, lights, countertops in kitchen, etc. Cabinets in kitchen were on the older side and although functional need updating. No soap or shampoo - bring your own. Towels & linens were nice as were the beds in the two main bedrooms (each with their own bath - awesome!) but the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom were quite uncomfortable. The sofa & lounge chair which recline at the touch of a button made up for it and were a comfortable place to rest. What makes this unit is the million dollar view to the beach and ocean. The screen porch was wonderful to sit on in the morning and you're literally steps from the beach. Two parking passes provided. We didn't have a car - be warned if you don't, there is NOTHING to do in the area. Grocery store is nearby but not within walking distance. Flip Flops Bar & general store is down the block but I'd highly recommend avoiding. Can't beat the beach access though. Pool is unheated. Decent value

I've been coming to Pelican's Landing for over 20 years now. My family has had a property here since the early 2000's. I had a property in Pigeon Forge, TN that I sold early in 2022. I had named it "Best of Times." When the opportunity to purchase this amazing property arose, I jumped at the chance and was lucky enough to have my offer selected. "Best of Tides" was born!

There's something special about Shore Drive. It's Myrtle Beach, but it's also a little bit slower and more family friendly. Specifically, with this condo, the 3 bedrooms are fairly unique for the area. The elevators are certainly nice as are the beach views from this oceanfront condo. I absolutely love it.
