DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo with 2 private decks. Entire building was remodeled in 2020. This 2nd floor beachfront condo is bright, sleeps 7-8 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, sleeper sofa, 50 inch TV with separate TV's in the master bedroom and other 2 bedrooms. This 4 story building has an elevator so that no negotiating of steps is required. The three bedrooms have a Queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. On-site amenities include two pools, children’s playground, a putting green, picnic tables and barbecue grills for your convenience. Condo has free high speed wireless internet. Fabulous location on spectacular Shore Drive located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Shore Drive is away from the mainstream traffic yet only minutes from Grocery Stores, Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and over 100 golf courses. Shopping!!! Shopping!!! Pelican’s Landing is located just a couple of miles from the Tanger’s Outlet Mall. It is also a couple of miles from the mall with the Bass Pro Shop.

This spectacular unit in Pelican’s Landing is located on prestigious Shore Drive. The pool area was recently renovated. The poolside patio has a tanning area with an Outdoor Shower. The unit was recently painted and had a new floor installed in the hall and kitchen. The unit has free long distance phone to the continental United States. Free Wireless Internet.

The condo overlooks both the pool and the beach. The beach is only 15 yards from the pool It is the ultimate in convenience. Nearby activities include: Hard Rock Amusement Park, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, Nascar Race Park, Carolina Opry, Le Grand Cirque, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Plant Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, miniature golf, Water Parks, Tangers Outlet Mall and Movies. It is about a 150 yard walk down the beach to the World Famous ' Ocean Annies ' outdoor oceanfront bar and grill.

Enjoyed staying at this location. Plenty of restaurants close by and entertainment. Beach is not crowded and there is a pier within about 200 yards with a diner .

great beach vacation

was a very nice week. just stepped from the beach. lots of places to rinse off from the beach. condo had a nice view of the beach and the pool. beds were very comfortable. i would definitely book again.

Perfect location

Very nice condo, great AC, had everything we needed. Location to beach and amenities was perfect. So nice to have the enclosed balcony. Would love to stay here again.

loved the bridge over the dunes to get to the beach, very nice. I have trouble walking (2 bad knees) and this was so easy to use. It was not crowed, must be a great time of year to be there! We had no wait in any restaurant we went to, traffic was very light!

Had a great week at the beach weather was perfect. Condo was clean and comfortable. Great view of the ocean. The only complaint, when we tried to get into condo at 3pm the cleaning service was still in the condo delaying us getting into condo.

I have stayed at Pelicans for many years. This was one of my favorite units. Very clean ! Great view of the ocean too! I would definitely rent this unit again.

Will stay again!

Great location and amazing view! The unit had not yet been serviced when we arrived but the cleaner showed up at 3:00 and was able to quickly turn it around while we enjoyed the pool. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. This is the second time we’ve rented this particular unit and would definitely like to come back again!

Great location!

This condo was perfect for our group of six. One of the bedrooms is separated from the others with a half bath, which was good for the teenagers in the group. The location is terrific. Such easy access to the beach and plenty of stations to hose off before coming inside. Having the elevator was terrific for my 80-year-old mother.

Everything we needed for a wonderful beach trip!

We loved our stay here and would definitely come again! So helpful to have an elevator. We loved being right on the beach and having a pool too! The pool was mostly shaded in the afternoon which made it ideal for not getting burned! The condo was exactly as listed and even had a tv and cable in every room!

Good time, good price

Got a last minute rental discount, the building is great. Carts for unloading/loading your cars, along with elevators makes arriving and departing easy. Oceanfront, plenty of space for our group of 7. Owner was very easy to work with. Ocean Annie's was also nearby and a great time.

Perfect access to all that’s fun

The property was in a perfect location for all that was fun. We were a few steps from the beach and easy access for the pool for the kids. Close to shopping and entertainment. The condo was clean upon arrival. Check in was super easy. Kevin was quick to respond with any issues that arose during our stay. Great place for families to rent.

Wonderful views and location

The condo was easy to access. It was clean. The view of the ocean was perfect. There are 2 porches and the views are equally amazing. The owner provided things like boogie boards, an umbrella and sand toys which was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool has a keypad to kept non guests out which was great. 2 showers/hoses were available right off the beach so you could rinse all the sand off you and all your stuff. The only issue we had was the master bathroom shower. The water pressure was nonexistent. This made a shower difficult at best and washing your hair was out of the question. We just all used the hall bathroom which was fine. Overall a great place with plenty of room for a family.
