Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle in comfort! The ground-floor lanai offers cozy seating with partial ocean views—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a sunset drink. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, from cookware to stainless steel appliances, so you can enjoy meals at home.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen smart TV with basic cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected and entertained.

Crystal is a great host. Extremely helpful with our travel plans during COVID. The property is in a great location and very clean and welcoming. I would stay here again.

We loved this place. Across the street from the beach. Clean, spacious unit. Excellent pool. Close to groceries, shopping and other amenities. Great value!

Clean unit and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Well stocked unit with beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Great central location. Quiet and clean. Across the street from a lovely un-crowded beach. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

This was my ideal place!

I was looking for a place to relax and this is it! clean and spacious.The beach is across the street, it has everything we needed and the manager was very nice and friendly, definitely we would to go back! Thank you!

Great location

This apartment had a great location in Kihei. In addition, it had multiple ceiling fans as well as A/C. The only issue is the WiFi was quite slow. Overall though, a great stay!

Clean, well equipped and good location

Great place to stay in Kihei

We loved our stay in this spacious condo; there was plenty of space for our family of 4. It's in a great central location close to all the restaurants and shops in Kihei, as well as a great base for exploring the rest of Maui. I liked that the condo complex was small, so it was easy to get from the car to the condo quickly. Malinee was quick to respond to all inquiries and made us feel welcome. I'd stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Awesome stay!

My family and I were in Maui on vacation and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations! Not only did we have a great stay, Crystal was super accommodating and responsive to requests. We were across the street from a great beach and close to great restaurants and stores. Our flight time was changed and Crystal helped out our family by allowing us to check out later. Thanks for a wonderful experience and trip!

Perfect location

This was our first time to Maui and also our first time using VRBO. This was a great first place to stay and has spoiled us for future visits. We loved the close proximity to the beach as well as amenities in Kihei. Loved that beach items were included in the unit. Only suggestion would be a portable fan to get the cooler air from the living area into the 2nd bedroom that does not have a/c. Overall, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good Place to Stay for Family of 4

My wife and I stayed with our two teenage sons for 4 days/3 nights and the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare our meals when we didn't go out to eat. It was great to have the beach right across the street to walk over and enjoy the sunset each night. It was also great to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler available to take to the beach. The unit also had snorkeling gear and boogie boards to use.

The best condo I have seen on Sugar Beach. I so appreciated the high quality furnishings, great king bed and a gorgeous well stocked kitchen. This location is so convenient. Very quiet location and I liked being able to sit on the lanai on ground level which is grassed. The owners here have done a wonderful job of making this a most comfortable home away from home. We will be back!

Well equipped but plain

Rental agent was nice and helpful. Handy to have Laundry and extra fridge for drinks. Flat screen TV's were also good. We were there in May so lots of construction on other units then. Main street very busy as beach was across the street. Pool and hot tub were great!

Tops our List of Best Places to Stay

WOW! What an amazing condo #113! We were not only supplied with nice bedding and furniture, but had access to so much more, such as beach chairs, surf board, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and I could go on! One of our favorite spots to relax was the lanai. It was shaded with a nice breeze and comfy couches. Everything about this place was high quality. I loved how we could walk right out to the beach, pool, and hot tub. We also enjoyed having keyless access. The grounds were also beautiful and people were so friendly. I really can't say enough praise for this place. Thank you Malinee!

Short visit to Maui

This condo had everything we needed for a short stay (3 nights) on Maui. The central location in Kihei made our day trips a bit shorter than West Maui (or even further south). The condo is very well stocked, especially the beach equipment, and clean. We did appreciate the AC units (and their white noise), after being woken up at 4AM by the roosters the first morning! No issues with check in/check out. If visiting longer, I would prefer staying further south in Kihei for better access to a swimmable beach and restaurants/shops. The traffic on Kihei Rd. was heavy at times. But overall, this was a great condo and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Several Things Wrong

A dead roach and hair and dirt in the refrigerator. The loveseat didnt work. Not plugged in. There were no measuring cups or measuring spoons. I couldnt do much cooking.

Nice condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best things about the condo were the recliner couches and the washer-dryer combo in the unit. Everything else was perfectly fine. Only complaints were the VERY high queen bed (why do they make them so high?) and the layout of the complex. The units all face the parking lot, and our lanai had a tiny lawn surrounded by a hedge. Not exactly a tropical paradise experience, but on the plus side, the beach is just across the street. Another guest commented that the photos of the lanai were misleading, and I agree. It appeared much larger and more attractive than it actually is. Would probably not stay here again.

Comfortable home base

This was a great place for us to have as our home base on Maui. The beach across the street was not swimmable, but was perfect for watching evening sunsets. The pool was heated, which was nice, but there is no longer a hot tub. We used the barbecues by the pool most nights. As you can tell from the pictures, the patio does not have a view. We knew that before we came so we weren’t expecting to see the ocean from the patio. There is a walkway right at the patio, but it only services six units and it was rarely busy. The gardens are fine - nothing too fancy. For the price it was great. The kitchen was well equipped, and the fridge was very large with an ice machine and a Britta in the fridge - there was even a beer fridge. Tons and tons of fridge space! Having twin beds in the second bedroom was amazing. And we really enjoyed the couches in this unit. They are reclining couches and it was a great place to relax at the end of a busy day. Being closer to town would have been nice, but this was a great home base for us and we enjoyed it and I would recommend it to others. If you want to pay more to get a view you can do that, but if you’re on a budget, this was a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay in Kihei!!

This was our first time in Maui. The condo was everything we could have asked for!! Close to the beach, grounds are kept immaculate, and the condo itself was well equipped with beach equipment and all the necessary items to make it a home away from home. Lynn from Hawai’i Life Vacations was quick to respond to our questions and requests. We would definitely stay here again.
