Breathtaking oceanfront views the second you walk through the front door. This beautifully remodeled, air-conditioned 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is directly oceanfront in sunny Kihei - no side views or peek-a-boo views, just endless blue water. There is a/c in each room as well as the living room.

Relax on your private lanai and watch sea turtles swim below. You'll enjoy seasonal whale watching from the comfort of your condo and take in Maui's unforgettable sunsets.

The beautiful beach is perfect for toddlers and adults and some of the days you may be sunbathing with a sea turtle.

In the evening enjoy the beautiful reflection of the moonlight and stars on the ocean, as you lay in bed and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves...the best therapy in the world.

I was pleasantly surprised with the unit. The unit is nicer than the pictures show. Beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious. The host and property management were very responsive and communicative throughout our stay which was appreciated. A nice surprise where the beach chairs, extra beach towels and cooler we found in the laundry area. Finally, you definitely can't beat the central location. We typically stay in the Kanaapali area where it takes over 45 minutes to get to the airport or the Wailea/Kihei area. It was nice to be within 20 mins of Paia, the airport and just a few minutes from beautiful Wailea beaches.

Great view, quiet and very comfortable. The beds and bedding were wonderful! Great hosts!

The property is very well groomed and cared for. The pool is the clean and maintained. Real Aloha feeling here.

Paradise

Beautiful views so close to the beach, very clean, spacious balcony, beach chairs and umbrella. Would stay there again. Only complaint is a lamp is needed in the living room.

Amazing location!

The condo was very nice, and the view was beautiful! It had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better week! We saw sea turtles and whales from our balcony. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Great place with amazing view. Was a little worried when we first got there that the elevator was across the hall but didn’t hear the at all. Nice beach and pool. Easy check in and out. Agency even called the day after we checked in to see if everything was ok. There was quite a few items no on the amenities like beach towels, kid’s beach toys etc.

Perfect Relaxing Vacation

It was a perfect unit for the four of us, beautiful ocean view and it has everything you need. Relaxing ocean breeze, watching the huge turtles in the morning through the patio or go downstairs and walk few steps to see them upclose. Accessible to everything, very Close to the supermarket to get all the things u need. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Island paradise

We got in late, so it was super dark. When we opened the patio door, all we could hear was ocean waves. What a wonderful welcome to the condo! We had an amazing time. The condo has all of the amenities you could need. Wish we were still there!

Lovely stay; great location

We loved our time in 309! The host was so communicative and check in and out was a breeze! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Everything felt so spacious and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Only feedback would be to replace the sliding patio door—it came off the track literally every time we used it no matter how cafeful. Other than that, no notes! It’s a perfect location and we loved watching the sunsets from our patio or the roof. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Stayed for 3 weeks with my family and had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful and in such a great central location on the island! The oceanfront views on the lanai were stunning from sunrise to sunset. The pool is quite large, so it never felt crowded. The grounds are maintained with lots of space for kids to run around (and even play shuffleboard). The ancient fishing pond that's situated right out front of the condo complex is so interesting and we saw lots of fish and turtles while snorkeling there. The AC and the wi-fi both worked great which made the stay even more enjoyable. My kids loved the humpback whale sanctuary educational center which is right next door to the complex. Would definitely stay here again in this unit in particular. Aloha and Mahalo to the unit owner for a great vacation.

Lovely condo

This property was our home for 2 weeks. The condo is lovely. We watched the sunset from the lanai every night and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean waves with our morning coffee. Excellent location for getting around the island. The only negative was having to pick up the keys at a different location.

Good holiday

We enjoyed are stay at the condo. View was beautiful the condo was well equipped had everything we needed. The beds we're not that comfortable could have better pillows but i understand pillows aren't what they used to be. Would be nice if we had a code lock on the door when you come in late at night last thing you want to do is make a extra stop.

Beautiful Ocean view

We very much enjoyed staying at Menehune Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with every needed for cooking meals at home. The condo had plenty of beach chairs and snorkel equipment. The lanai was large enough for all and we saw much whale activity. The only downside was the weather. We have been to Maui (Kihei area) many times and have never seen it rain this much and for so many days.

Amazing tropical Christmas

Condo was fantastic, had everything we needed. View and location was great. Right next to elevator, but never heard any noise. The beach area never got overcrowded, we did get some pretty good snorkeling in right there. Check in with AA Oceanfront Rentals was so easy and they were so nice. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We did speak to the owner, Mike, once and he was great. Thank you for allowing me to give my family an amazing Christmas at your condo!

WOW

Property was just as advertised. Breath taking views as soon as we walked in. If we ever make it back to Hawaii, we would definitely stay here again. Property was well maintained. They have community grills the guests can use and they were immaculate. Every morning the cleaning crew took at least 2 - 3 hours to clean them. They look like they are brand new each morning.

Great location & view!

The view draws you in immediately as you walk in the door! Breathtaking!! Kihei is a wonderful location, and the turtles you see daily and the beach walkability can’t be beat! The main slider was unusable, but the secondary door worked well for us. My only complaints (which obviously weren’t a big deal) are the pool code wasn’t in the unit, the vacuum was broken, and there were too many Knick-knacks around the unit). Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would book here again!
