Perfect stay!

We had a fantastic time. The place was spotless and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Great location and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our short stay!

We were there only 2 nights but totally enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the condo was very nice.

Traverse City stay

Our stay was great, the property was newer and very clean. Close proximity to downtown TC restaurants, shops, etc. The only issue we had was that we did not realize the condo only had one parking spot and we had two cars. We were told we could park on the street overnight but received conflicting information on this. We certainly didn’t want our car towed! We worked it out, found a parking garage, which wasn’t ideal. We did not think about this in advance, which is our bad. But it would be helpful if the condo description more explicitly mentioned the parking situation.

Great location

We had an amazing trip. The host responded to my questions very quickly. Check in was effortless. The rental was very clean and outfitted with all up to date appliances . We will definitely use this property in the future. The only thing I should mention is that it is on a main road. Weekend traffic can be a bit noisy but that is the trade off being so close to the water. We were in walking distance of the lake, great restaurants and coffee shops . I highly recommend it!

Great place in Slabtown

Nice place to stay for a few nights. Right in walking distance of downtown and also the bay. Very clean and a perfect set up for two couples!

Beautiful Property

We loved our stay here. The location was close to everything in downtown Traverse City. Had we known that there are pickle ball courts right by the parking lot, we would have brought our paddles. The condo was very clean and the host was very hospitable. Loved the location. Traffic is a bit noisy -- so bring a fan or noise machine. Other than that, we plan on staying again in the future.

Weekend stay

Was really nice apartment. Had full amenities you would need for a few days or longer stay. Very clean. I’d bring a white noise machine cause the traffic is a bit loud but I definitely would recommend this place

Clean and cozy crash pad

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for two nights while enjoying all that TC has to offer. Great location and is walkable to bars/restaurants/shopping. The unit itself was clean and check out was a breeze making our stay even more relaxing. Communication was great with the management team. Highly recommend booking for your next stay in TC!

Convenient Location

We chose this location to be within easy walking distance of our son's house as well as the beach and restaurants. We did have road noise even with the windows shut but not enough to affect sleep. The unit was well-appointed and we would stay again in the future.

Wonderful stay August 2023

We had a very nice stay in this unit. Close to everything, but still very quiet. Great location and Riley was very quick to respond to my messages. Unit was very clean, but, I feel the baseboards could have been wiped down better and there was a lot of dust build up on the pendant lights over the island and spider webs in various areas. Could use a good dusting. Also could probably use additional seating in the living room and on the patio. Overall, very nice place and would highly recommend

Wine country

Nice stay in TC. The property is a new build, and on the quiet end of the strip. Super easy check in and out. Within walking distance to Front St. Would suggest patio chairs and a small table to enjoy the gorgeous weather!

Beautiful apartment! New and Nice...great location. Close to downtown and the lake. Bring your pickleball paddles...court across the street. Highly recommend!

Great apartment for a TC stay!

New, clean and comfortable apartment convenient to everything. Easy walk to downtown Traverse City's shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive when questions came up - would definitely stay here again.
