Beautiful RV spot (NO RV INCLUDED) with full hook up (water, power & dump) on the river in SUNLAND. Enjoy a riverfront property, gorgeous western exposure sunsets, sun all day, walking distance to park, community store and Phoenix pizza place.
Coming for concerts? By appt- A concert shuttle will pick you up to take you to/from the concert from the property for a fee (upon availability- make reservations). Grass area to enjoy. No bathroom on site only full Rv hook up.
No cars, Limited parking unless special requests. 1 RV per spot or reserve more spots on other VRBO listings. Up to 3 RV spots (upon availability).

Nice location for Gorge Concerts

Beautiful lawn and landscaping to look out on and just steps from the Columbia. We were provided the names and phone numbers of shuttles to get to the concert and that worked out great. We were able to spend an extra day relaxing too.

Concerts @ The Gorge

Great location, quiet and peaceful with river views. Host's parents were very friendly and accommodating.

Great Place to stay for Gorge Concerts

Perfect place to stay for a Gorge concert. Use the shuttle to and from Sunland to the venue. Relax by the river or paddle board or swim. Should update the website to take out the comment about no dump station. It is Full Hook Up. Great place!
