Seats 10, Freshly remodeled Only 5 min town or Walmart. 1 king bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1-Large room w 2 bunk beds & sleeper sofa. 3 bathrooms, Large Sunroom, 2 large decks one is covered with barrel bar table & TV. This home has plenty of space for your whole group and has no steps to the water. Relax on bed swing and enjoy fishing off the dock. Kayaks, Paddle board & fishing poles available. Twin Creeks Marina close. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Open floor plan with large kitchen and new appliances. Very quite and safe neighborhood great for biking or walks. Ping pong & Shuffle board table.
We have a 20’ Stardeck 140 HP Suzuki outboard boat that seats 10. Includes life jackets and ski tube. Much cheaper & more convenient than renting from local marina. The boat will be there at the dock for your convenience . Inquire for pricing and details. Available from May-Oct only.

Great Lake Getaway!

My family rented the property with a couple of other families for a New Year’s getaway and had a great time. The location right on the lake was great for the kids (all under 10) to have a lot of fun even with the lake water being down. Property is close to town shops as well as Jack Daniels and Dickel Distilleries. Randy was a great host that communicated well and checked in to make sure our stay went well. Will definitely try to visit this place again in the future!

Great family spot

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our family and being able to rent the boat and have it at the dock was a huge bonus! We will be back!

In town for a family wedding

A lovely lakeside home! Well-stocked with plenty of room for a family gathering. Excellent communication with the owners and all of the information we needed for the house during our stay was provided in a book in the home! We loved staying here!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location- secluded and quiet neighborhood yet close to stores and restaurants. The home was very clean and beautifully renovated. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy various activities. Oactivities.

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here with extended family. The recreation options were great for hanging around the house and we also rented the boat for even more fun. The rooms and common areas are great for a small group of family and friends. The host is very helpful for any question or recommendation.

Beautiful lake house close to distilleries.

The 8 of us stayed here a few nights while in town visiting the distilleries. Not only was it a comfortable stay for all of us, it was also an awesome place to hang out in the evenings. The owner was easy to talk to and very accommodating.

Great location, amenitites and host

Overall our stay was lovely. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. We had great views of the lake. Randy was so responsive, helpful and generous with use of his boat and jet ski. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great house in a secluded neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay, as did our 2 dogs. A very nice house in a quiet, secluded neighborhood; enjoyed watching the deer in the yard every evening. Randy was a very attentive host. We look forward to staying there again.

Great house!

We loved our stay! It was so easy to get to the house. Check in was a breeze. The accommodations were very nice! The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy and the primary shower was a spa!! We loved getting to canoe on the lake. The sunset view from the back porch was incredible. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Cozy home in great location

Stay was great. Only issue I had was I wished the outside furniture had been pressure washed. But it was early in the season so that could have been why it wasn’t.

Nice House

It was pretty spacious and I liked the general decorations as well as the additional Christmas decorations. The house was quite clean and enjoyable, however the basement was a little musty. Everything else was enjoyable and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect vacation for our family

Randy was readily available for any questions we had. Great host. Property was perfect for our family. Boat rental and extras were great. Kids said it was their favorite vaction even over the beach. I must agree. Hope to be back soon.

Great House!

We loved the house! It has plenty of room and lots of sleeping place's. The driveway has plenty of spaces for several vehicles and one or two cars under shelter. Getting to the water is a bit steep for the older folks but the kids won’t care at all!

We really enjoyed our time here. Plenty of space indoors. Quiet, peaceful outdoor space. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and dock areas. Lowest level does hear all noises from main level. Nice paved walkway to water but it is steep.

Amazing Stay and Fun Family Time

For those of you who have never experienced a VRBO, Randy and his wife do it right. They have covered every detail and are always around for questions. The property's location is excellent. In addition, the property has a boat (with all the water sports gear needed) along with two Sea Do's available for rent. The boat and the Sea Do’s are docked and are ready to go, which is priceless when it comes to having fun on the lake. It was an amazing experience for the entire family.

My fiance and I got engaged at Tim's Ford State Park which is just a short drive away from the house. We enjoyed celebrating in downtown Winchester which is less than 10 minutes down the road. 11/10 stay and we look forward to renting again with Mr. Randy!

Long weekend with friends

We had a great time during our stay. The property included everything we could’ve needed. Property owner Randy was super nice and helpful upon checking in and out. He even offered to take us out on his boat. We’re already planning another getaway next year and Winchester, TN is at the top of our list. Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful Home nestled in a great location.

The property and house were perfect for our family. We did stay preseason, but this did not stop us from enjoying all the area offered. Randy was a great to work with from beginning to end. Thru out the entire stay we only encountered a lack of kitchen cooking utensils. We are a family that cooks, and I should have made this known to the property owner. However, this did not stop us from cooking and enjoying all the property offered. We will definitely return!!

Excellent mini vaca

We were so impressed by this lake home. The property owner lives next door and met us at check-in. He was friendly and accommodating. The renovations included a bright kitchen with updated appliances, a modernized primary bathroom with spa shower, a gorgeous rock fireplace and much more. Plenty of space to spread out on 2 decks, a sunroom, and screened-in game room. Our days were rainy but we thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong and shuffleboard table. We played cards and had a choice of 4 table and chairs throughout the house and decks. Highly recommend!
