We had the most wonderful girls’ trip at this beautiful home! The host was absolutely awesome- so communicative, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The house itself was truly an oasis: peaceful, tranquil, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and have fun. Everything about our stay was exactly what we needed for a memorable getaway. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a perfect experience. We have decided that it was so good that we are coming back again next year for a whole extra day!!!! 10/10 recommend

Loved this place. Communication was excellent. Place was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Bonus was use of boat, paddle board, and kayak. Will definitely come back.

The screened in porch was the highlight of this beautiful home! It’s in a quiet cove near wider places to enjoy the lake. The hosts were wonderful to work with and responded quickly anytime I reached out. You’ll love your time here!

Hickory Hideaway was perfect for our group of friends. Each couple had a bedroom and their own bathroom. The main living area has a nice sitting area. The screened in porch was perfect for the cool mornings and enjoying the Tennessee thunder storms. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. This property sits on the lake in a quiet cove with a nice view from the house. The dock is down 68 steps and we enjoyed the sitting area on the dock and also rented the pontoon boat for a day. Communication with the host was great.

House was very accommodating for our group. We loved the porch area, and the deck off of the kitchen in the evening. Very quiet and peaceful, close to town and was everything we wanted Christmas to be! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great place!

What a beautiful place to spend time with four generations of our family. We had some rain and cooler temperatures, but the house itself is so welcoming that we didn’t care when we couldn’t be on the water. We will absolutely stay here again.

Gathering Place

We booked this location to bring together our sons and their families. It was raining the entirety of our stay but we had plenty of room for all of us to play games and just get together with plenty of seating. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house

I stayed with my wife and two boys. The house was very comfortable and is in a great location. We fished off the dock and took several kayak rides through the cove. We Would love to come back in the summer.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. It was the perfect setup for the teens to gang in the basement. We rented the pontoon boat which was super convenient. We had a great time and can’t wait to return!

Fabulous

Hickory Hideaway is top notch. The beautifully decorated home has gorgeous views, every convenience you could want, comfortable beds, and a perfect porch. We found the host to be personable, kind, and quick to respond to questions and requests. The whole experience was positive in every way.

This cabin is so beautiful. The views were gorgeous. Tim was outstanding. My family would all agree that the screened in porch was our favorite spot. The swinging bed added such a nice touch and was super cozy. We would eat and play games on the table on the porch while we enjoyed the peaceful lake and beautiful scenery. We made lots of wonderful memories during our stay. We did have some trouble with the boat while we were there but it was handled quickly and efficiently so even though things didn’t go as planned we all had a great time and enjoyed our time
