Whether you’re planning a family reunion, a friends’ getaway, or a corporate retreat, our property offers the privacy of individual cabins with the convenience of shared outdoor spaces.

- *Five Private Cabins: Each unit features its own fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, cozy living area, and private entrance—ideal for groups who want to be together but value their own space.*
- *Six Bedrooms & Six Bathrooms: With a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, everyone enjoys comfort and privacy. Bedding arrangements are flexible to suit families, couples, or groups.*
- *Flexible Space: The property offers a front cabin (Sunrise Cabin)with two King bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a very large living space/hang out area, dining area, kitchen and queen pullout couch (sleeps 6). On the back of the unit, facing the courtyard, you will find Stagecoach Cabin, with one king bedroom, pullout couch and full kitchen (sleeps 4). The standalone Rubicon Cabin features a king bed and full kitchen, also facing the courtyard (sleeps 2). At the back of the property you will find two mirror-image attached cabins, Bliss Cabin and Rooster Rock Cabin. Both feature queen bedrooms, living rooms with queen pullout couches, and full kitchens (each sleep 4). The property sleeps up to 20 guests total. *

*The Fine Print*
*· Tahoe vacation rentals are governed by a variety of ordinances.This home cannot be used for parties. Maximum allowable occupancy is 20 people and 5 cars. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles or excessive noise will
result in a guest fine of up to $2000. Failure to observe the no party policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. No smoking.

*· Guest entry instructions: this rental utilizes an e-lock, adigital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay*

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
