Please also visit our gorgeous SEDONA, AZ VRBO #4026729 (last photo listed). Lake Tahoe is one of the most majestic places in the world so enjoy your visit with all the amenities! We love our place in Lakeland Village for its tranquil setting and close proximity to our PRIVATE resort BEACH only STEPS AWAY. We are also located only a mile from Heavenly Ski Resort & the casinos in South Lake Tahoe. Play tennis, swim in one of the 2 pools (one pool is open year round & the beach pool is open in the summer months only) or just go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the view. The amenities also include 2 outdoor hot tubs and a gorgeous PRIVATE BEACH only STEPS AWAY. Come for the beach in the summer, the colors & bears in the fall, the skiing in the winter & all of the above in the spring!

Our 3 level unit sleeps 8 -10; the first floor includes the primary bedroom with one king bed and the second bedroom with two queens. The primary bedroom on the first floor includes a roomy en suite bathroom and another more cozy full bath is right outside the second bedroom (on the first floor) for easy convenience. The living room includes a pull out sofa bed. The OPEN LOFT on the 3rd level includes two full beds - perfect for all the KIDS!

The 2nd level includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. The dining table seats 10 and there’s plenty of room at the bar for 3 more for easy mingling. Relax in the morning on the balcony with some Keurig coffee or enjoy the woodsy view in the evening with something a little stronger.

Two kayaks & two stand up paddle boards are provided for your use at no charge! The most desirable aspect of Lakeland Village is its location - this tranquil LAKEFRONT setting is only a short walk to pubs and restaurants and it's less than a mile from some of the best skiing in the world!

Great place to spend an amazing time

Nice house with excellent location

Lakeland Village and the house are great! They are really clean and well maintained. The location is just perfect, lots of restaurants, supermarkets, public transportation, anything you need on a walking distance.

Location was perfect for beach, very close to renting boats, parasail and jet ski etc. Also groceries.We had a large group of family stayed comfy, calm, lots of fun and memories .Thanks Lori.

GREAT!! It was a sisters trip and the 5 of us has an excellent time. None of us had ever been and there was so much to do. The location was perfect. However I did find the rooms to be small and I think we would have been crowded if there were anyone else stayed with us. But the location was great and Lori is very attentive to her guests and was always available if we had any questions! We would go here again.

Great proximity to the water and easy walk to various restaurants in the area. The water toys (ie. kayaks, and SUPS) made the trip memorable. We also forgot our iPad, and Lori graciously returned it to us promptly. Thank you so much!

Immersed in Tahoe feeling…

We brought our family together for a 30th birthday week and had a great time. We owned a cabin on the west shore for 30 years and I felt more Tahoe Bliss here for the week. Having use of the kayak & SUP’s saved hundreds of dollars we would have spent. Location is fantastic as close to everything. Cabin is beautifully decorated (love the dining room table especially)! We look forward to returning!

Property was perfect for our family of five and was very clean upon arrival. Lori communicated with us from the day we booked and the check in was easy. Complex was quiet and close to the lake. We would definitely stay there again.

South Lake Tahoe vacation

We had a great experience at this property. They had a lot of great beach gear. The property accommodated our family of 7 very well. They had a well-stocked kitchen and a nice washer and dryer. When I had a question, the owner answered me very quickly. Very happy!! Only suggestion, if possible, is to add a shoe rack in the entryway. We tried our best to leave shoes in the entryway to avoid shoes on carpet and limit tracking sand throughout. A shoe rack to corral them would be handy.

Cozy, clean, and convenient...

The condo was great, the location was perfect, convenient to everything inclusing heavenly, yet not too close to heavenly area to be in a noisy area. Lots of great restaurants, lots of fun things to do, and the condo itself was clean, super cozy, nice warm fireplace, beautiful views off the balcony with the snow, and the owners/host were super responsive amd accommodating. Highly recommend!

Escape from Mardi Gras

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We enjoyed the fireplace, the full kitchen, laundry, and the homelike feel. We loved being in the center of town and only steps away from the lake. This property is in a fabulous location. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

The condo was nice, if not a bit snug, for 5 friends on a ski vacation. Parking was close and easy. Location was on the lake, close to Heavenly California lot, restaurants, grocery store, and casino area.A couple of challenges: - Ski storage locker was full of owners things. - Microwave apparently broke 10 days before our arrival and unfortunately was not replaced. - Only 1 thermostat which is on the livingroom level. When the fireplace is on in the livingroom it warms that room and the loft and the thermostat shuts off.and the 2 bedrooms on the lower level get cold.- local High School kids know the combination to the community hot tub. They were pleasant enough but one group brought bottled beer, without an opener, or any to share. Fortunately the bottle did not break into the hot tub when they tried to open the bottle on the tub’s coping
