In the spacious living area, a large sectional and two armchairs offer seating around the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a new gas range and a side-by-side fridge. Ample counter space includes a kitchen island -- great for food prep! Serve up home-cooked meals at the dining table. The kitchen bar offers additional seating if needed. Providing options for your little ones, the dining room includes a high chair and a kids' table (a booster seat is also available).

Comfort awaits in the upstairs primary suite, which features a king bed, beautiful lake views, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in the second upstairs bedroom, which offers a king bed, lake views, and an en-suite half bath. The third upstairs bedroom is appointed with two twin-over-full bunk beds. The spacious fourth downstairs bedroom boasts a king bed, a wood-burning fireplace, and direct patio access. Watch a movie on the Apple TV or play a game of foosball. Find two guest bathrooms -- one with a tub/shower combination and the other with a walk-in shower. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, a kitchenette with a sink, and a washer/dryer.

Enjoy full lake views from the covered patio with cushioned loungers, plus a new hot tub. Make use of the gas grill and host a cookout on the deck. A large outdoor table is perfect for meals outside while umbrellas provide cool shade. This outdoor space showcases lovely lake and mountain views.

Lake passes are available with this vacation rental. Please contact Vacasa after booking to arrange access.This three-level home features interior/exterior stairs and is not handicap-accessible. The Tram is out of order, be prepared to use the stairs to enter the homeFirewood is not included and the lowest floor fireplace is not operational.This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of 10 p.m. -7 a.m. (no outdoor activities after 10 p.m.). Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
