Private and enchanting , our Turtle Tides Beach Villa, offers a tranquil seaside retreat. Perched along 100 feet of beautiful Caribbean Sea, shaded with spectacular palms trees. With 500 sq/ft of space, the open-plan Studio comes complete with high ceilings crafted from beautiful local hardwoods.

A kitchenette that allows for light meals so you can enjoy the wide range of delicious restaurants in the area. A comfy king bed. Large glass doors that open out onto a private veranda that offers direct access to the sandy shores.

This is the perfect place to relax and listen to the waves or enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun rise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at Turtle Tides. Thank you to our hosts Kim and Dean for your wonderful hospitality. Upon arrival Kim warmly invited us into Turtle Tides and gave us a great orientation and answered all of our questions about the rental and the area. The apartment is well appointed, delightfully and thoughtfully decorated! You could not have a nicer view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea anywhere in Placencia. The unit is private with no one above or below. So many activities available in the area or just chill out at the beautiful property!

Hi, we are Kim and Dean the hosts of Sea La Vie. We are so happy you are here and can’t wait to share a little bit about ourselves and what brought us to paradise, and hopefully excite you to want to explore Belize as well.

My husband, Dean and I have been happily married for 25 years, he’s my best friend and partner in crime. Dean and I have been blessed with 2 amazing kids a daughter Kyley who is newly married to Rylan who live in Calgary with our grand pup Lilah and are expecting our first grand baby. And our son Jacob who is engaged to his beautiful Fiancé Maddie, living in central British Columbia with our grand pup Mia. Both are off creating their amazing futures.

After our first visit sitting at the airport ready to leave Belize we were already looking at flights back to learn more about this amazing country. After several trips and exploring around the country we fell in love with the Placencia area and that is where we have now created Sea La Vie !

We absolutely love sharing stories about all of our Belize adventures and favorite things to see and eat while here. And we are so excited to share all of that with you!
