Welcome to Howlin' at the Moon, one of the extraordinary cabins offered by Moonrise Vacation Properties, LLC, nestled in the serene Smoky Mountains. This remarkable log cabin showcases exquisite craftsmanship with visible beams and natural tongue & groove logs, creating an authentic and rustic charm in the tranquil Smoky Mountain region of Eastern Tennessee. Set on five acres of private land, this peaceful retreat shares its enchanting surroundings with its counterpart, Barkin' at the Moon. Despite its secluded location, you'll be pleased to find that Pigeon Forge's Parkway is just a quick five-minute drive away.
Savor the breathtaking natural beauty while dining on the front porch's table and benches. Inside, the main floor welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for added comfort. The dining area boasts a custom-made reclaimed wood table and chairs, as well as bar seating for three. The fully equipped kitchen creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a stand-alone shower, a jetted tub, and a double vanity. For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are provided.
Relax and embrace the serenity of the surroundings on the back porch's double glider. Upstairs, a spacious open loft awaits, offering a smart TV, a queen-sized bed, a rocker, and a shared restroom with an oversized shower. The upstairs bedroom provides cozy nooks and modern amenities while maintaining the rustic ambiance of a true cabin retreat.
The basement level offers endless entertainment, featuring a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a 55" smart TV, board games, a pool table, and a 3000-game arcade unit. The indoor pool and spa provide breathtaking views, and the basement deck is adorned with rocking chairs where you can unwind amidst the tranquility of nature.
The cabin features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a loft with a queen bed. Indulge in the indoor pool with jets and an integrated spa, relax in the TV area, or test your skills in the game room with a pool table and arcade game on the basement level. Both levels boast covered decks with stunning views, allowing you to fully appreciate the magnificence of these cabins in the Great Smoky Mountains.
At Howlin' at the Moon, we gladly welcome well-behaved dogs for $35 per dog per night. The dog must be over 12 months old, vaccinated and crated when left alone. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to owner allergies.
While the cabin's driveway is steep, it is easily manageable, and a 4WD vehicle is necessary during winter. Each cabin provides parking space for two vehicles in the designated area, with additional vehicles accommodated at the bottom of the drive.
Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.
NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
It was love at first sight with these cabins! Traveling with a multi-generational crew the layout of these cabins allows for us to travel together and have space privacy for each family. We love the fact that these cabins are on nearly 5 acres, with plenty to explore, and can be rented together or separately.
These cabins hold a sentimental value in that the logs that are in this cabin came from the sawmill that my grandfather and uncle ran when Jaime was a child. Once we learned this fact, we knew it was meant to be!
