The house was spacious with lots of room for a big family to spread out. Comfortable beds and everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of adventuring. The location was far enough out of the tourist area to be relaxing but still a short ride to restaurants. The only downside was the indoor pool water was a bit too cold for us to use it but small children probably wouldn’t care.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad Serenity Awaits offered plenty of space for your family and that the comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and hot tub enhanced your stay. We're happy the location felt relaxing yet close to restaurants. Sorry the indoor pool was too cold for you — we’ve passed your feedback to our maintenance team so they can check and adjust the temperature. We’d love to host you again.

We traveled with two adults and six teenagers. The house was just as listed, with plenty of space for the entire group- both to sleep comfortably and with room enough for all while just relaxing at the house. Nice views of the mountains in the distance from both porch levels. The girls in the group really enjoyed lounging on the porch swing seat, the boys really enjoyed the pool and watching tv in the theatre room. The host was good at providing information and quick to respond and answer any questions. We had a great stay!

Beautiful property very close to everything! Lots of fun things to do, and very comfortable. Needs shades in two of the living room windows as the sun comes in very brightly as it is setting and it is in direct eye line with the pickleball court that is next door. Beautiful views. We would definitely stay again 10/10.

The front window in the left bedroom was leaking water during a storm but the owner was very responsive about getting maintenance out the next day to fix it. The property is NOT in the condition the pictures show it to be. Chairs have covers to hide disrepair, outdoor bed swing was dirty and old. The walls in the front bedrooms, downstairs theater room, and throughout the home were marked up, dirty, and had several dents. The theater room rug was a rolled up trip hazard with a big hole, the pool is NOT heated at all so we hardly used it.The pool area was dirty with hair accessories left around it and a knife left on a table by the door when we got there. It was fine for a shirt trip but we will not be returning nor recommending.

This was perfect accommodations for our holiday trip. It was a party of 6 and could have easily accommodated more. The cabin was clean, spacious, and truly had everything we needed to make it a great experience. We also loved the small touches of a Christmas tree with decorations and the hot tub was on and warm when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Great place, good location. The cabin was clean and exactly as advertised. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 10 guests to be comfortable, and plenty of room in the lower level for the kids to play & swim.

This place is a just a cash grab. The photos definitely draw you in but it doesn’t translate in person. The house has potential but needs LOTS of work. Low water pressure, hot water was scarce, kitchen wasn’t stocked well, mold in pool room, pool heater didn’t work past 81 degrees, fans dripped water, outdoor swing bed was dirty and ripped, house was dirty in general, “movie theatre” is just cheap chairs that don’t recline (also exposed sharp plywood), can’t play pool because it’s too close to walls, extreme lack of privacy, active construction zone, tv in bunk bed room is broken, exposed subfloor, sheets didn’t fit the beds, pillow cases weren’t made for king sized pillows. We had to go shopping to buy oven mitts, kitchen towels, hand soap, garbage bags, toilet paper. Extremely disappointing given it’s advertised as “luxury”.

The cabin has lots to offer, but some things weren't very good. The cabin has been usedVERY HARD and it shows..we sent 14 pics of damage upon checking in of damage , so we wouldn't get charged. There was a hole in the wall with a big plaster patch, the fireplace plastic stone is busted as well as the wood on the hearth, livingroom chairs so torn up they use slip covers...the trim on the platform of the theater is busted with along splintered piece left hanging right at your feet!!! VERY DANGEROUS, rug curled so bad halfway under the pool table that it is a real tripping hazard..the king bed on the main floor has such a pilled mattress cover that it feels like sandpaper even with the sheets!!! I have rented many cabins and this is a fabulous design and amenities that has been beat up and obviously more worried about getting that next than maintaining the proprty...no grill, didn't know until I called and asked...kinda sad A LITTLE REPAIRS AND TLC would make this a great property, the property was clean, just very beat up.

Thank you for your feedback about Serenity Awaits. We’re sorry the condition of several items fell short of expectations. Thank you for sending photos at check‑in — that helped document the issues. We have scheduled repairs to secure/replace the damaged theater trim and address the curled rug, and will repair the fireplace stone and hearth. The pilled mattress protector will be replaced, and we will evaluate and repair or replace the torn living room chairs and slipcovers. The missing grill was an oversight — we’ve updated the listing to reflect current amenities and are addressing grill availability. We’ve also increased our property inspections and maintenance follow‑up to prevent these issues going forward. We appreciate your comments — they help us improve future stays.

Had problems with the code when we got there The pool had some film floating around it and whoever was there before us must have had pets bc the floors and rugs were full of pet hair.
