Extended weekend and tour of city. Close proximity to restaurants, riverfront and museums. Cute bungalow style home. Very responsive hosts.

Centrally located, great communication

The home is larger than it appears in the pictures and really accommodates 8 people comfortably! It was centrally located to many activities and in a quiet community. The hosts were great and are local! Great choice for your stay in Montgomery.

A Beautiful & Spacious Home

My family and I were pleased my our accommodations. The host were very consistent and available in terms of communications. The home is very spacious, they provided complimentary soap, snacks, water, and towels. You will not be disappointed by your stay. The neighborhood is very pleasant as well and you’re only 6 miles from downtown.

Amazing Stay in Alabama

My family and I came to Alabama for a family member's wedding. We stayed at the wonderful home and really enjoyed ourselves. If and when I return to Montgomery, AL. I'll definitely inquire about renting this property again.

Great location and layout

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is easily accessible to downtown Montgomery by car and was great for 4 people as it has 4 sizable bedrooms. We liked that it allowed us a quiet place to come back to in the evenings. The hosts were also super responsive whenever we reached out. Would recommend!

Sweet 17 Slumber Party /Brunch

I reserved the "Charmer" for my daughters 17th birthday, & Chef prepared Brunch. The home was absolutely cozy, & spacious! The host communication was "top-tier"! The location & neighborhood was amazing! Overall, our stay was the best. Have already recommended to a few people looking to visit Montgomery,Al. Thanks again.

Cozy and Comfy

Enough space for everyone in our group. We had room for game night, movies, and sidebar conversations. Really happy about our first aBNB experience, Daniel and Xavier were accommodating and amazing hosts. Highly recommend this rental for all your weekend getaway needs.

Nice older home

It was a nice stay. There was an issue with the back door not working but it was fixed immediately. The chair legs in the living room need to be tightened or replaced. The vents and baseboards need to be cleaned. The house is drafty when it’s cold outside. Other than these few things, it was a nice stay to be an older home. The owner(s) is very nice, friendly and helpful.

Golden Girls Excursion

This trip was for Black Golden girl's over 60! The accommodations were very nice a d clean. The host should allow me to purchase this hidden gem. I love the space! The property accommodated all four of us comfortably with room to spare. My friend's and i were able to visit various museums and dine enjoyably. Montgomery is my home so it was nice to see family as well. The Capitol Heights Charmer is a must on my next visit to Montgomery! I love the fact that you had a outdoor screened in patio. It really accommodated my smoking habit I'm ashamed to say! Thanks for you speedy reply to my messages and suggestions 🙂

Perfect for our Thanksgiving family trip

House was clean, spacious comfortable and close to attractions. We enjoyed each having our own bedrooms and gathering for meals, games and movies in the kitchen, dining room and living room.

Fun weekend

The location is perfection. Only 5-10 minutes from everything. Pictures are accurate. Cery clean. My friends and I felt safe. Very lovely host. Gave us great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.

The house was nice and the host was very attentive to any concerns or questions. The location of the property was sooooo convenient to everything. The travel time from the property to a destination was an average of 15 mins or less.

Mini vacation

We loved the place. The house was so amazing! We did medium gathering party for birthday party. The porch back was so nice! The beds made me relax and sleep too long. Prefect. We will book again

Sweet little gem, perfect for a family trip!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Montgomery. We were in town for a wedding at The 1616 House. The location was perfect! There are eateries and shopping close by. Our host Xavier was very accommodating and very informative about our stay. He made sure that we were very comfortable and if we were in need of anything he was readily available. The home was beautiful and very spacious. It was exactly like the listing!!! I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend for future stays. This is a beautiful property with plenty of space and amenities. The house is huge inside. There is space to spread out and relax. This is a perfect house for large groups during events in the Capital City. The beds are very comfortable. You will enjoy the complementary coffee and snacks. The shower has built in soap and shampoo dispensers. It is like a home away from home.
