We very much appreciate how responsive and helpful our hosts were. They were some of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. The home is spacious and showed obvious attention to detail and effort to make it homey and welcoming.

Perfect for our Thanksgiving family trip

House was clean, spacious comfortable and close to attractions. We enjoyed each having our own bedrooms and gathering for meals, games and movies in the kitchen, dining room and living room.

Bomb Con conference

We came for a conference, and our time was consumed with that. It was so amazing to come into a relaxing, clean house with all of the amenities of home( some better than home 🤣)! We had a great stay, and the home owners were very accommodating!

Montgomery Charmer

We enjoyed our girls' trip to Selma and Montgomery. Xavier was a terrific host The property was very clean and the furnishings were very tasteful with just the right amount of modern and historic charm. There was plenty of room for everyone and the back porch was just the right place for a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Birthday Girl’s Cutural Experience

The house was nice and the host was very attentive to any concerns or questions. The location of the property was sooooo convenient to everything. The travel time from the property to a destination was an average of 15 mins or less.

International Fringe Festival

We came to support our friend directing the international fringe festival and have a small elopement. This house was perfect! The house was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for the 6 adults. The back yard and screened in porch were great for morning coffee and evening chats. We would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Montgomery.

Family reunion

The property was beautiful. It was big enough for my parents, sister and her family and mine. Great place to spend time together with enough space for everyone. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Great location. If we come back we will definitely book again.

Not the charmer as advertised

This property was not as advertised in the listing.This is an older home which looks good from the outside among other poorly kept homes in the area.The inside needs a good paint job in the main living and hallway areas. Floor vents have furnace filters in them that have not been replaced in some time and add to the unpleasantness of the home. The living room has covers on the furniture ( that don't show in the pictures) that appear to be dirty and make you feel uncomfortable.There is no eating/drinking in this room. The bedrooms are average. Bathrooms are average and the towels are minimal and most need replacing.We were told when we checked in that there were a few holes in the walls from previous guests and it appeared they were in the process of repairing these areas.This is a non-smoking property yet the home reeked of marijuana which the owner blamed on previous guests.This is not the home that was advertised and received such favorable ratings on VRBO.In fairness to the owners, they were very professional and supportive in our dealings with them. We ended up staying only one night of a planned 5 night stay. They did work with us and VRBO to refund our money and other fees.

Centrally located, great communication

The home is larger than it appears in the pictures and really accommodates 8 people comfortably! It was centrally located to many activities and in a quiet community. The hosts were great and are local! Great choice for your stay in Montgomery.

A Beautiful & Spacious Home

My family and I were pleased my our accommodations. The host were very consistent and available in terms of communications. The home is very spacious, they provided complimentary soap, snacks, water, and towels. You will not be disappointed by your stay. The neighborhood is very pleasant as well and you’re only 6 miles from downtown.

Amazing Stay in Alabama

My family and I came to Alabama for a family member's wedding. We stayed at the wonderful home and really enjoyed ourselves. If and when I return to Montgomery, AL. I'll definitely inquire about renting this property again.

Great location and layout

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is easily accessible to downtown Montgomery by car and was great for 4 people as it has 4 sizable bedrooms. We liked that it allowed us a quiet place to come back to in the evenings. The hosts were also super responsive whenever we reached out. Would recommend!

Sweet 17 Slumber Party /Brunch

I reserved the "Charmer" for my daughters 17th birthday, & Chef prepared Brunch. The home was absolutely cozy, & spacious! The host communication was "top-tier"! The location & neighborhood was amazing! Overall, our stay was the best. Have already recommended to a few people looking to visit Montgomery,Al. Thanks again.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space and amenities. The house is huge inside. There is space to spread out and relax. This is a perfect house for large groups during events in the Capital City. The beds are very comfortable. You will enjoy the complementary coffee and snacks. The shower has built in soap and shampoo dispensers. It is like a home away from home.
