Wonderful older home with so many interesting keepsakes throughout--wish they could have told me some of their stories! Staying here felt like staying at a friend's home. Had everything we needed, host was great, neighborhood was quiet and near everything we could need.

This historic property was very well appointed for rest and relaxation and entertaining between wedding events. Roomy and spacious with three comfortable, quiet bedrooms, and three entertaining areas. Walking to first United Methodist Church Cloverdale was easy as was walking to 1616 house on South Perry for reception . the two massage chairs perfect ending. Lots of parking.

Spacious with fun touches in a lovely old neighborhood

Four adults stayed 2 nights and we were very comfortable! We loved the massage chair. We did worry about the absence of smoke detectors.

Comfortable historic beauty

This house was actually bigger than what we expected! We really enjoyed all the original historic character with some modern updates sprinkled around. The wall decor and board games were great. Every room had great blinds or curtains. The massage recliner was incredible! Plenty of smart tv’s to keep everyone entertained. The AC worked great , which we really appreciated experiencing AL in June! We would stay here again.

Lovely Home Near Downtown

The property was just as described. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our brief stay. It was close to our downtown meetings and just around the corner from restaurants. We enjoyed our trip! Thanks for sharing your lovely house with us!

Great location!

We had a group of my daughter's friends in town for an event. This house was perfectly located and the owner is very easy to work with. I have recommended it to many friends!

Owner is great, location is great

This was the perfect location for us at just 5 minutes from the Capitol. We could come back and have small meetings in comfort. We will definitely stay there again.

Roomy and clean, great for our stay!

Enjoyed the full size fridge and tvs during the rainy trip

Enough space to move around in the kitchen and multiple places to sit and read or watch tv during the rainy days. Neighborhood is delightful to walk around in the evenings or mornings before it's Montgomery summer warm.

Property was as advertised. Great location; unit well stocked. Massage chair was amazing! Very clean and nicely decorated. This was a great break from our hotel stays as we made our way along the Robert Trent Jones Golf trail!

The house was perfect! It had everything as advertised. It was a pleasant surprise. More room than we thought it would have from the outside. All of the device charging cords were great. Kitchen was well stocked. We will try to stay here again if we’re on the area.

Cloverdale Classic

Our family stayed at this darling cottage during our daughter’s wedding weekend. It’s surprisingly large. Several gathering places for visiting! Patio is nice! Host provided everything we needed!!! We enjoyed walking to El Rey for dinner and Leroy for drinks. Just a fabulous time. Thanks, Scott!

Nice to be totally pleased

Difficult to express how much we enjoyed and appreciated this house, which was like a home. Many standouts, including excellent host who was always available to answer questions, spaciousness with two large sitting areas, large dining room table plus a table in kitchen area, three comfortable bedrooms, lots of chargers for technology devices, interesting pictures that decorate the walls, lots of food available, and even new toothpaste, toothbrush, dental floss. Plus a great location. Hope I have given you an idea of how nice this place is.

Great Getaway. All present had a great time!

Absolute great communication! Mr. Kitchens was very accommodating to any desire. Unmatched hospitality!! Very quiet neighborhood. After driving for hours, the massage chairs was much needed. The home was setup with the all the necessities. The setup in the backyard was so nice. Awesome job! Will return if in the area again.

Homecoming Weekend

This was the absolute best stay ever! The house was incredible and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. The house was Exactly what was advertised. It was so comfortable and nice. Perfect location for us. Clean!!! We felt like we were home the minute we walked in the front door. We will never stay at a hotel again when we have to be up there for things at school again if possible. We are already looking forward to (& trying to invent) our next stay!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

We do not recommend

We took a chance on this house as the outside is quaint and the inside just appeared to be well aged; however, after a few days of trying to endure strong animal smells, uncleaned surfaces, bugs & cockroaches, we threw in the towel and left early and went to a hotel. The owner was kind and gave us a partial refund, but it did not make up for the condition of this rental. We hope he will clean it up as he said he would do so others will rent, but proceed with caution before renting. We do not recommend.
