Listing is just what it says. Beautiful view of the river from this 2nd floor apartment. Had everything we needed except a couple of items missed by cleaning folks. The property manager was awesome. She brough things over the next morning. She was also available when we tried to get in and had the wrong code. We were so pleased she was readily available.

Wonderful place. The river is right behind the property. We loved sitting on the back balcony in the morning, sipping our coffee and watching the river. The bed was ultra comfy. The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

It was good. Property on site mgr was awesome. We were sent the password for our wi-fi access. Those codes were not even close. Michelle told us the correct codes. We are not into streaming on the tv’s. This should be made known before so you know what you are getting before the stay. The condo and view of the river was very nice.

Anniversary Getaway

We had four amazing days in Branson since we only live a few hours away. The condo was just as described and was very clean and fresh. Our favorite part was mornings on the deck overlooking the water. Beautiful view and mostly private as there were very few if any other guests on their decks in the morning. Definitely would recommend!!!

20th Anniversary trip

Very beautiful, modern, and clean. Had an issue with patio door but Michelle came and fixed the same day. After all touristy stuff was nice to come back to quiet peaceful condo. Would highly recommend to next party.

Shorr getaway to enjoy music and Branson sights.

The condo was clean, quiet and well appointed. Everything we needed was already there. We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the water each evening and morning. Would stay there again.

Brief Getaway

Beautiful property with a great view of the flowing river. Very well kept and spacious for the two of us. When we come back, I can't think of anywhere else I'd want to stay. Quiet, but near all Branson has to order.

Engagement stay!

This condo couldn’t have been better for our trip! The condo is in the perfect location, making it super convenient to all things to do. We have a check in time of 4:00pm but where able to check in 3 hours earlier! Overall the stay was perfect, highly recommend!

Branson weekend

We enjiyed the ease of getting inyo our condo. Everything was very comfortable. Thanks for the little extras, coffee, laundry machines. The only thing missing for us was a pizza pan and dish clothes, but plenty of paper towels. Love the scenery on the deck.

Loved our condo!

The communication and staying in touch with us compares with no where else we have stayed. Everything was as listed, and they sent us a text saying our condo was ready and that we could check in earlier. They provided coffee, sweetener, etc., which was nice! Would definately use Derek and John's listings again. They were top notch! Thank you for giving us a wonderful place to stay for our 48th wedding anniversary. Howard & Joy
