Great location! Bed was super comfortable. Outdoor area was partially closed in with two shutters, providing privacy while still allowing a view of the creek. Pool is very big with lots of seating. Plenty of provided items like coffee, snacks, toiletries and kitchen items. Check in was seamless, and check out had very few requirements.

The rooms were clean. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and myself. Love the back patio area. It has partitions that make it a little bit private, but you can still see out. This is my 2nd time staying in this exact condo. The pool was wonderful. Definitely a condo complex to stay at!

Great place to stay. River is in your back yard, or fishing dock near by with in walking distance. Very clean and maintained. Would come back again when in the area.

We enjoyed our brief stay. It's close to the landing and the downtown area. It was rainy so we played quite a few games on the Infinity game table. The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. Check in and out was easy.

This place was extremely clean my daughter and I went there just for a weekend getaway to do some shopping had a wonderful time. It was quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed.

We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of this pet friendly condo. We also enjoyed the proximity to so many attractions! It was also fun being able to walk to the dock with our grandson to fish. We will definitely schedule another reservation here!

Perfect location and so convenient for taking our golden retriever outdoors. The direct access to a grassy area right out of the bedroom door made it so easy.

Best Stay Ever

The property is amazing! We loved the game table and played on it multiple times a day. The bef was extremely comfortable! We loved the property so much we decided to add another day!! Our family can’t wait to come back!

Very cozy. Loved the game table, so many options. The back patio off the bedroom was amazing. The outdoor couch and fire pit on the patio with the privacy walls made you feel secluded while still being close to downtown and the Landing. Wonderful little kitchen to cook in if you want. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay here again next time we come to Branson!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Ozark Odyssey VRBO. The room was exactly as shown in the online photos. The room is very quiet and the bed was super comfy! Our stay was for 3-nights only and the amenities provided in the kitchen and bathroom were amazing. Especially, the Keurig coffee maker! We enjoyed being within walk-about distance to Branson Landing, historic downtown Branson, and the hospital (in case of medical emergencies). While the property has a creek in the back, because the water level was so low, it was not scenic. However, we did enjoy sitting by the fire-pit at night on the private patio. We experienced a couple of issues using the entry code pad on the front door but we found the host to be easily available and quickly resolved the issue.

Our experience was perfect in every way. David was fast with messages and replies. The property was in the perfect location for us. Pool in the front, trout stream in the back. The room was decorated so cute and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The grandkids especially enjoyed the pool. A surprise was hidden inside the living room coffee table. Once uncovered, we found a huge game tablet. I've never seen one of those before. It is certain that no one in our group got bored. I highly recommend Aha Property Management. Donna- Iowa

We had a wonderful time! Two best friends from college (20 years ago)coming together from KC and Conway, AR to spend time away and see Tim McGraw! We enjoyed some great food, beautiful scenery, talked about our college days, chatted about the last decade of crazy life, and make some NEW great memories.
