Experience this quaint waterside community with one of the best views in town. Located on Blue Bill Cove, our charming cottage has all the amenities you need to make this your new home away from home.

The Space

Our newly remodeled home is complete with a bright modern kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee from our coffee bar as you take in the morning views.

Relax in the family room with more beautiful unobstructed views of the cove. There is also a half bath and small sitting room with a TV on the first level.

All 3 bedrooms are on the second level of the home, as well as a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen sized bed while the third bedroom contains two twin beds - all with new memory foam mattresses.

After a long day, hang out on the back deck overlooking the water and cook up something on the grill. If your feeling adventurous take a dip in the cove!

Around Town

We are close to many local bars and eateries on the island like the highly rated 15 Point Road and the infamous Flo’s Clamshack. There’s also a new coffee house just a short walk down the road.

Things To Do

Experience the coastal towns of Newport, Tiverton and Bristol all with great shops and restaurants. Newport Vineyards and Carolyn’s Sakonnet Vineyards are also a short drive.

Nice place for 3-4 people

Property was very nice for our group of 3 people for 3 nights. On the water and quiet neighborhood. Did not get a chance to use hot tub. Kitchen, living room and sitting area in front of the windows overlooking the water were really nice. Lots of modern updates in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfy but in need of a little TLC (paneling loose in some areas, some blinds didn't function too well, ceiling sagging in one bedroom, water stain on ceiling in another bedroom). Blinds fell down in one bedroom while we were out (we managed to hang them back up but we could no longer open them). Beds were comfy. Communication with host was very prompt.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

This house is beautiful, clean, beautifully decorated, and in such an amazing location! Right on the water with a hot tub and fire pit table on the deck with a perfect few! Beds are so comfortable and the amount of towels available was great! The host Tyler was only a message away if we needed anything! Such an amazing home that made an amazing girls weekend even better!

Paradise!

If you love gentle kayaking, this is your place! I paddled out on the evening of my 50th birthday and floated in the middle of Blue Bill Cove, the setting sun on one side and the rising full moon on the other. It couldn't have been better. For those who love lounging in a hot tub or enjoying breakfast gazing at the water, this spot is the best. We hope to return!

Stay on the Cove

Stayed here for the Folk Festival. A little further away so did not get to enjoy everything the property offered, but was pleased with the stay overall.

Location, location, location!

Waking up to a view of the bay was a great way to start each day! We loved being able to kayak or paddle board right from the property. The location is convenient to explore Newport and Bristol and other nearby places, and Portsmouth has a beach and local restaurants as well. The house has everything you need, whether you choose to relax at home or venture out to local sites. We will definitely be back!!!

What a view!

Such a charming home, all redone and updated with every convenience you could need. Right on the bay (as in 1 foot!) and with an expansive view. Everything was meticulously clean and every supply was provided...very thoughtful touches. Residential area with neighbors very close, but it was quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful home!

A wonderful stay at a house so close to the water it looks like it’s floating! Beautifully decorated, comfortable for staying in and cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, and the owner was always available if we needed anything. Great place!!

Great weekend getaway

Property was cute and cozy, right on the water. Enjoyed morning coffee with the view of the cove. Plenty of food and activities close by. Looking forward to a return visit

Trip to Portsmouth

Tyler was an amazing host and the house was everything we were expecting. Cannot say enough good things about the location, the beautiful view from the back deck, and the overall stay. We cannot wait to go back.

Sweet Cottage on the Water

Tyler’s property beyond exceeded my expectations. The cottage was cozy and quaint and so clean! Everything you could possibly need or even forget to bring was provided for us. The neighborhood is friendly and close to so many things. We really enjoyed being able to take a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Communication was also great. We will definitely return!
