We recently enjoyed a long weekend in Tiverton. The house was ready for us when we arrived, including some much appreciated treats in the refrigerator! The best part of this place is the location...ocean front, and a perfect view of the sunset! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to town if you need anything. Dinners at Evelyn's and The Boat House were both amazing! Would recommend this property!

The owner was easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Have food in refrigerator for breakfast was awesome. The view from house was tremendous. The house was located where you can get to Newport or Providence was less than 30 minutes.

This property is just stunning. The view of the water from the deck and backyard is beautiful and having the beach access right there was unbeatable. Tiverton is a gorgeous, quiet place and it was so lovely to be able to spend a week there working and relaxing. WiFi worked great for two people working from home and on Zoom calls. House is big and has plenty of space. David was a great host and very responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Dave is an awesome host. The property is beautiful and clean. Our dog loved swimming in and the beach. Amazing sunsets! We had a great time. We will be back next year for sure!!

The location was fantastic with a gorgeous ocean view. The deck was perfect for dining and chatting into the night.

A beautiful house in an incredible location. The house was clean, the host was generous and helpful. The house is the perfect place for a quiet family getaway on the water. We would stay hear again with no hesitation.

The view and property were amazing. The layout and design were great with a beautiful deck overlooking the Sakonnet River. We had a wonderful time with our family there and would like to come again. The owner provided coffee, bagels, and eggs. Check-in was a breeze. A property with lots of guests is challenging, and new coffee mugs, wine glasses, and placemats, plus clean bathroom rugs would be nice additions to this lovely property. Rain revealed a leak in one of the windows and the screen door doesn't close easily. The beam over the master bed needs checking for mold. We would not hesitate to recommend this property, but hope the owners will address the few small things that could make it an even more perfect stay. It's a great spot for families to gather!

Excellent Tiverton trip. The view of the bay is lovely, sunsets beautiful. Family of 5 had plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen and thanks for the fridge additions, nice way to welcome new guests. We would most certainly come back. Location is worth the stay.

Hidden Gem!!

Awesome property! Lots of amenities, well taken care of property. You feel at home almost immediately. Very receptive owner with great communication. Large enough you don't feel crowded but yet you feel like you are away from everything...very peaceful!!! I spent alot of time relaxing on the deck with this amazing view!!

The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and truly feels like a hidden getaway. The house itself was lovely, warm, and welcoming — very clean and clearly well cared for. We especially appreciated how relaxing and private the setting was. Dave was an amazing and attentive host, always responsive and thoughtful. He even left a wonderful welcome surprise in the fridge with orange juice, milk, bagels, and a great selection of coffee pods — such a kind gesture that made us feel right at home. The beds were a bit smaller and not quite as comfortable as we’re used to, but everything else made up for it. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return to enjoy the tranquility again.

It would be impossible to not relax at this property. The view of the water and sunsets from the quiet deck are spectacular! However, the invaluable asset with this property is its owner. David responded promptly to any questions but more importantly reached out on several occasions to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities and to simply to check in to see if there was anything we needed. Very responsive! Seamless trip and that makes it so pleasant. Highly recommend!Rick

Long Weekend Getaway

Our long weekend at this property was perfection. The property, location and communication were all truly exceptional and that is high praise coming from a life long hotel exec. My husband and I stayed with our 3 adult children, our 3 year old grandson and their two fur kids. We were so pleased with the serenity of the private beach area and the comfort of the outdoor deck that we debated not venturing into Newport and staying anchored at the property. Beds are comfortable, the house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, which is again high praise from someone who cooked every meal at the property for the group. We highly recommend and would happily stay here again! A HUGE thanks to our hosts for a beautiful family vacation.

Peaceful, Close to Newport

Check in was super easy w David messaging lock box code early day of arrival. Kitchen was mostly stocked. Though we bought our own food, there were bagels and eggs, milk, and an assortment of coffee pods. The place could use some SHARP kitchen knives and a new non-stick frying pan. I did find one pan that with copious amounts of butter and non-stock spray an omellete could be produced.

This property is fantastic with tons of privacy and a beautiful ocean view plus the ocean is only a few steps away! The host provided breakfast foods & there’s plenty of coffee, decaf, tea and every could need for your stay. David even went and purchased beach chairs for us when I asked where they were!The outside deck is fantastic, with plenty of seating provided. Overall, this was an Excellent place to stay!

This was the most beautiful location, fully equipped with plenty of space for a family of 5. The views are spectacular from the front porch and there is a beautiful private beach just steps from the house. David was very responsive and helpful. We will surely be returning.
