LIVING AREA

The grand living space is tastefully decorated with modern design and new furniture. Relax beside a stone gas fireplace on the sofa or armchairs while watching a show on the 55in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite foods in the updated kitchen fully stocked with helpful gadgets including a KitchenAid mixer and Keurig coffee maker. The culinary space features granite countertops and sleek black appliances. Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining room table set for six.

BED & BATH

Retreat to the primary suite outfitted with a king bed, 37in TV with cable, and two closets. An en-suite bath features a double vanity, tub/shower combination, and separate water closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, 37in TV with cable, a closet, and direct access to the second bath with a walk-in shower. A third bedroom includes a twin bed with an additional twin trundle, a desk, and a closet.

OUTDOOR AREA

Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to the expanded patio with views of the private golf course and lake. Turn on the patio misters on warm evenings and relax with a cold beverage on the sectional sofa. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the patio table. Walk a short path to the shared pool and spa.

Nice home in beautiful location.

Very clean throughout, well furnished, relaxful, and practical. Great shade and furnishings on patio for both evening and morning enjoyment. Kitchen very well equipped.

Great location and condo

We were three adults spending the month of February 2024. The layout was great and we were comfortable. Vacasa was the property manager and responded promptly to issues and made necessary repairs. We loved having the desk and space in third bedroom. We needed more light to read books other than on backlit tablets. One bath and hand towel per person wasn’t enough for a one month stay. But overall we were quite comfortable.

Not clean or well kept in an amazing community

This place was not clean. Pot & pans had to be replaced, which they did. The veneer on the kitchen cabinets is peeling off. A terrible first impression. Vacassa said we would a $200 refund on our cleaning fees which we never received and they won't return our calls. We won't be renting this place again or any VRBO with Vacassa management.

Lots of rules

The location is beautiful. Rental is nice. There are a lot of rules the most ridiculous being no outside music! We were staying there for a music festival - kinda ridiculous. If you don’t mind sitting in silence you won’t have any issues.

DESERT VACATION

LOCATION WAS GREAT, PROPERTY WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS IS SHOULD BE. CARPET WAS SOILED IN ALL ROOMS, ALL BASE BORDS WERE FULL OF DUST, KITCHEN OVEN FAN AREA WAS VERY GREASY, TOLET PAPER WAS NOT ENOUGH IN EACH BATH AREA. PAITO WAS VERY DUSTY AND DIRTY. TV'S WERE NOT EASY TO OPERATE. LOCK AT THE FRONT DOOR WAS VERY HARD TO WORK. I THINK ANOTHER TYPE OF LOCK SYSTEM WOULD BE MUCH EASER TO USE.

Overall it was fine

This property is nice at beautiful PGA West. Had all the amenities you would need. A few items needed tending to but overall a nice place. The beds were comfortable which is important to us. The process of dealing with Vacasa, the property management company was not so great. I do not recommend renting a property when it shows Vacasa is the host. As a prior renter posted in his review, Vacasa sends you multiple emails with rental instructions that are long, cumbersome and come to find out, did not even apply to us. Told us pool and spa heat were an extra fee, told us we would have to go out of our way to check in at a Palm Springs office, told us how MANDATORY it was to put out the trash for trash day on Monday. Strangely, when my husband went to the garage to put trash out, someone has come into the garage and already done it, which was a bit strange. Also, side garage door was unlocked when we arrived but we were told we would not have access to it. When I messaged host thru VRBO site, they never replied to my 4 emails (I got a reply after our trip was over). Lastly, the property management company lied to us when they told us we could not check in until 4pm. They said cleaning crews were there. It happened that we arrived to the property at 1pm, looked inside the windows and house was clean and no one there. We called them and they said we still could not check in until 4:00. One more important thing, you pay an **extra** fee to vacasa when they are the host so check the prices before you commit.

Where to start?

First of all the basics: This is a nice property, as advertised, in a very good quiet neighborhood (Palmer Residential PGA West.) Overall a good place to stay, especially if you have access to the golf and other amenities at PGA West. For reference it’s about a 35-40 minute drive from the Palm Springs airport and 10 minutes from Old Town La Quinta. Very nice residential area. Other factors: I thought we were renting from Vacation Rentals By OWNER, but this is NOT the case. You’re renting from Vacasa, a management company that handles many properties. Don’t expect the personal interaction you might get from the property owner. Our experience started with a message that in-person check in is required at the Vacasa management office, nowhere near the property. A see arrived after hours they waived the requirement and kindly allowed to to check in ourselves (like every other property we’ve ever rented.) The list of checkin procedures and obligations during your stay reads like a Dostoyevsky novel, and the pre visit email (required) forms are confusing and decidedly un-user-friendly. Any call to Vacasa with questions is an exercise of your patience. Luckily our specific contact at Vacasa for this property was quick to respond and helpful when we needed to add guests to our gate list (not something you're allowed to do as the renter??) Garage is specifically not available to the renter. Not a huge deal since there is, technically, enough room for two vehicles out in the driveway. Bottom line this is a good place to stay in a beautiful part of the world. Our headaches were mainly with the management company’s processes and requirements which seemed antiquated and unnecessary. If your HOA is so restrictive to renters then just don’t put it on the rental market, especially at this price point, unless you’re willing to be the one to assist with the process, as opposed to handing it off to a large property management agency. The renter experience is tarnished.

Fabulous fairway home

Very clean and inviting. The furniture was comfortable and we loved the gas fireplace on the chilly evenings. Especially nice was the outdoor seating which was a nice sofa rather than just some flimsy, uncomfortable patio chairs. Who can actually lounge and relax in a metal upright chair? The beds were comfortable and overall the kitchen was well equipped! We wanted to come back and book the entire month of March but it was already booked. Great rental experience.

Impressive House!

Stayed here for my sons soccer tournament at the nearby polo fields. Myself and one other soccer mom stayed and it was perfect for us! I was able to get some work done in the separate office equipped with a monitor made work easier. The beds were the comfiest!!!! High quality comfy linens as well. All the kitchen amenities, and a great patio with a view. We enjoyed taking walks with gorgeous views of the scenery as well. Highly recommend!!
